Point Pleasant Riverfront Park

Beautiful scenery along the Ohio River. Got to walk around after visiting the Mothman Museum. Quaint spot to relax or have a picnic. The flood walls have beautiful murals on them and depict the historic significance of this area. A trail goes for a good while north to the other side of town along the river. Definitely will come back here to explore more.

This park has great river views and amazing flood wall murals. They illustrate the colonial history of Point Pleasant including the battle. There are statues of Chief Cornstalk, Colonel Lewis and Lord Dunmore. It’s worth the walk

The park has a great area just to sit at the Ohio River. There is a covered pavilion to eat outside. There is a mural depicting the history of this area.

Gorgeous view and quiet. Gets a little busy in the evening but still beautiful, smells like a soft beach. Try to catch the sunset over here and it’s just beautiful.

Nice park right on the Ohio River with beautiful murals of American history. If you are in Point Pleasant, it is definitely worth a stop.

I love the walking/biking trail along the riverfront. True murals on the wall along the trail are interesting to look at too. There are a lot of great photo opportunities of the bridges, Ohio River, etc. along the trail.

A really beautiful riverfront walk with awesome views of the Ohio River. Very detailed murals add some history to the park. Much like the town, it was not as busy as I thought it would be. A nice stop at the end of your mothman tour.

Point pleasant is an amazing place to visit. Especially during the mothman festival. However it's an incredibly small town so not much time is needed to explore so plan accordingly. If there are no festivals or food trucks, then there's no where to eat. The riverfront park was cool. The historical house was pretty and the seed art was interesting. We enjoyed hearing the stories from the knowledgeable ladies that sat in the entrance.

Beautiful little park along the river , great place to soak up some sun or have lunch. I was here for the mothman festival but of course had to check out the park if you in town definitely check it out.

This park is quite interesting with all the statues and murals. It is well worth a visit. There is a great view of the Ohio River.

Not a huge Park but a very beautiful area along the river. There are murals all over the walls and statues and information about the area's history. Park is near the Confluence of two rivers and is a very quiet and peaceful place to sit and reflect and watch the boats pass by. The park is near the Mothman Museum which is kind of hokey but was still fun to see.

I spent a lot of time walking along the beach front and also just sitting on the ledges and admiring the beauty of the OHIO river!

I was grateful for the clean and stocked restroom as well as the amphitheater for a sunset spot. The historical murals are also interesting.

Point Pleasant is a wonderful town to visit. After a visit to the Mothman Museum and a quick stop for lunch at the Coffee Grinder, my husband and I took a lovely walk along the riverfront. The murals are incredible and just keep going and going! Rich with history and full of details.
