Hotel Ella

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Ella! Our room was very comfortable, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were exceptional. We were having a rough day upon check-in and the staff showed us so much love and kindness, it was much appreciated. In addition, the valet staff were professional and sharp, thank you to Elli for being so helpful! I definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a charming boutique hotel in the Austin area!

The room was clean and pretty, comfy beds and the bar had great drinks. Max was a great bartender and the lady who checked us in (I think her name was Stevie, black hair) was lovely. The valet was super quick and easy to use. Elli and Keith were so nice and got us into the car quickly.

We love Hotel Ella! Front desk, valet, restaurant, bartender-everyone was so stinking nice and helpful. Rooms are clean (I am a clean freak so this says a lot) and property is elegant. Valet parking makes it so easy and the guys are very nice. Restaurant was so good we almost didn’t consider anywhere else our other nights we stayed. The pool is very elegant looking, we didn’t swim so couldn’t tell you anything else but it’s just like the pictures! Lots of things within walking distance, like a convenience store. If we come to Austin again, we will be staying here.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely fantastic! I imagine this must have been what it was like to stay in a truly full service hotel decades ago. They have accommodated our group in any way we asked. The restaurant staff, front desk staff, and valets (shout out to Ellie!) have been outstanding. The food has been excellent as well. The location next to the UT campus is great.

the valet employees were so kind, gave us many suggestions for food recommendations and provided us cold water while waiting for our car. Highly recommend saying here. They have made our experience that much better. Shout out to Elllie, Michael, and Mica for amazing service and making our stay that much better!

Our wonderful stay started off with the great help of Ellie, Michael and Micha. On time and super friendly with the valet process. Cici at the front desk was so nice even complimented my nails! They have so many refreshments to choose from grabbed a few Dr peppers. The dinning hall to the left is beautifully set with fresh flowers. To the right is a trendy spot to take photos on their moody couch. The halls are gorgeous and lined with black and white art work. The room is decorated with eccentric artwork paired with a lovely fluffy white bed with so soft sheets. Curtains are double lined for optimum comfort at night. They also have a dry cleaning that they will take care of for you. Definitely going to recommend this place to family and friends.

We love Hotel Ella! We got married here a couple years ago and have been coming back annually for our anniversary. The staff are always amazing. Jacob the hotel manager, Micah and Ellie with vallet and all wait staff were so incredibly kind and accommodating. We love coming each year and can’t wait to come back!

My friends and I went to Hotel Ella to celebrate my 21st birthday and we loved it! The room was amazing and all the staff were so nice and helpful! The people at the front desk even prepared a gift because it was my birthday, it was a great experience!

Hotel Ella's valet service was welcoming and efficient handling my car and luggage. The hotel staff was kind and professional. The valet manager, Alex, was knowledgeable about not only the valet, but the hotel and surrounding area and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and welcome.

We had a great stay here and could walk to everything at and around the UT campus. We used the hotel’s valet service and had great customer service from Micah and Ellie at valet. I would stay here again.

Valet here is amazing! Elli in particular is so patient! Very hard sometimes to stay at a great hotel with bad valet service, but Hotel Ella always exceeds expectations in everything. Through & through, the service here is awesome from valet to event service.

I valet here often because my husband and I love to frequent the pool and Goodalls. The valet service is exceptional, Mr. Friend is friendly and quick. 10/10 recommend valeting at hotel Ella!

Mr Friend and his valet team met me by opening up my Lyft door and welcomed me to the venue. They escorted me to my event making sure I felt comfortable and confident of where the event was taking place. Amazing!! They were all courteous and made me feel most welcome! I’d like to come back soon!
