I love Austin’s Automotive! My favorite place to go to get my oil changed. I always feel like they go the extra mile to make me comfortable and complete my car needs. To all the ladies needing an oil change, I highly recommend Austin’s Automotive for your car services. No matter the location, all the staff are people friendly.

The team here is top notch and extremely ethical. My Expedition broke down last week and I had it towed here. Extremely transparent, forthright, and want to do right by their customers. They’ve earned me as a lifelong customer.

Emery was great to deal with. Very clear on the work that needed to be done, went over it in detail with me and kept me updated each day as the work was being carried out. Highly recommend!

Although I got bad news (my transmission is shot), they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. They even called around to see if was possible to get a rebuilt transmission and helped me figure out my options. Emery, the manager, is wonderful. I would definitely come back here.

I've started taking our cars here. Much cheaper than a dealership, and more honest, too. The dealer said I needed new brakes, but they showed me I didn't. They have fixed everything I needed, and tell me when something doesn't need to be replaced. There is a location closer to me that I haven't tried, but I'll stick with this location. Great experience doing business with them, and it is nice finding a mechanic I can trust.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the integrity this mechanic shop has towards their customers. To be transparent, I had my car at Henna Chevy before coming here… the advisor there was so cold and rude it made me feel horrible as a customer their estimate for the same repairs was over $4000. Not to mention the $1000 diagnostic fee just to open the hood. This shop very fairly charged me less than $2000 for the same repairs and the same warranty. Not only are they honest they are kind. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality experience with even better quality repair work. Thank you.

The experience overall was good. They took the time to explain in detail the issues with my car. The price was within budget for the brake and rotors.

Juan completed diagnostics in under an hour while we waited without an appointment on a Saturday morning. He was very patient and knowledgeable explaining the results and our repair options. Unfortunately he expressed that the parts needed could only be obtained from the dealership. Based on his assessment, he estimated the damage would be around $2000 and referred us to Elder Mitsubishi who in fact quoted us $1986. We appreciate Juan for the no-cost diagnostic and his expertise. For any future issues, we will certainly return.

Austin Automotive got me in quickly for a quick test to see if my warning light was indicative of a safety issue. They were honest enough to tell me there was no immediate danger, described the issue, and invited me back to run a complete diagnostic when I had time. The problem ended up stopping on it's own, but I so appreciated their honestly and no-pressure approach. I will go back whenever I need automotive work done.

Great customer service here, I had my car towed her for transmission problems and had talked to Terrence and he explained to me that they only replace transmissions and instead of trying to sell me a new one he suggested to have it repaired and did not charge me for diagnosing it and even referred me to a place that could help, not only that but they also dropped my car off at the other shop free of charge. Would definitely recommend this place, very honest and nice people here. Definitely bringing my car here again if I have issues.

Emery and team saved the day for my son. He was traveling and car broke down. Emery put a mechanic on the issue right away and repaired the car in a day which got him back on the road. Great job.

I had a fantastic experience all the way through. My car needed strut mounts and control arms replaced and it was done within 24 hours, at a great price, and everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and professional.

My car broke down right near this place. AAA recommended and told us there. Did not have an appointment it was towards the end of the day and Terrence said that they would be able to get to it early tomorrow and hopefully have it finished by the end of the day. Car was ready at 1:30. So far everything's fine. Would actually go back and use them again if they were closer to my home.

Went the extra mile in diagnosing my electrical problem. Upfront and honest. Going to use them for any other needed repairs in the future.
