Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

There is plenty of parking. I've never had to wait to be seated. The atmosphere is always calm and stress free. I love looking at the decor on the walls. The wait staff is always pleasant, prompt and can answer questions about the menu. The food is delicious! The onion rings tower is huge! Love it! We asked for the burgers to be cooked med rare and they came out perfectly!

Watching this guys eyes light up when the RR Royale arrived was such a gift! This was our first time here and its now a favorite. Our waiter was great too! Music was a little loud but I’m sensitive and hostess helped us find a quiet spot.

First came here around 8 years ago as my first Red Robin experience and it gave the best Gourmet Burgers you could for. Even years later, this place and staff is still on top of things from service, incredible Burgers and bottomless fries and more.

LOVED our server. I don’t remember his name but he was the bartender also. You could just tell that he knew what he was doing and he was so sweet! Food was great too, but what really stuck out to me was the service💞

After not eating at Red Robin for over 10 years, I tried this location. I am a fan again. Our server, Brandon was amazing. The burgers and wings were great. Restaurant was clean and service was 5 stars. Will come again. Thanks for making me enjoy RR again.

Delicious! Service was great as well. Our waiter Alexander checked on us frequently. Onions ring with the barbecue kind of sauce they had tasted so good, even the fried pickles. I had a few drinks, my favorite one was called sand in my shorts. I got the california chicken sandwich. It was delicious as well. The first time, they brought me a regular chicken sandwich. After I took a couple of bites, I realized it was missing the guacamole.... then I realized it was missing cheese and bacon. Our waiter just had them remake me a new sandwich and didn't even charge me for my meal. Very sweet of him. First time here, and we will definitely be back to try different stuff.

My family and I were seated quickly. Served quickly as well.
The server was. Very patient. We were hungry but unfamiliar with the menu. He was very patient.
Our food and drinks came out in a very timely order. I was shocked!! The fries were hot yall!!
Big points with me. To many places serve cold fries not these guys!! Their fries are unlimited, but we were atuffed!!
I enjoyed my burger it was a Lil pinker than I
wanted it to. They asked me and my family a few times if everything was okay.
The sweet potato fries taste the best!! My husband's burger was Slightly messy at the bottom and they they are nit stingy w the red onion..
Over all my family was satisfied. Color pages for the kids...tvs for the adults.
This place looks small but it's big inside.

Red Robin does a good job on burgers! We don't eat at chains much, but make an exception for them. Love that you can choose lighter and healthier patties and sides. Always delicious and great service!

We came in about 30 minutes before closing, so we were very conscious and asked the staff to see if that was okay if we dined in. The waiter was so friendly and made us feel very comfortable.

We ordered a couple of dishes, but I was too hungry to take pictures. We got the onion ring tower and the pretzels for the apertizer and the burger to share since it was kinda late. Everything was phenomenal! Onion rings were crispy and flavorful, burger meat was juicy, and satisfied our craving for a late night small meal.

The food in Red Robin is absolutely delicious. We have tried Scorpion and MadLove burgers in different time, the burgers were juicy and amazing. I must mention the shake here - it was one of the best, sweet and creaming. Highly recommend, and I will definitely return for more.

The hamburgers taste like what I remembered them tasting like back in the 1970s and 80s before some other restaurants started messing with the meat. Wipe with a napkin juicy and taste like real meat.

I will definitely go again.

My wife and I go to red robin every holiday season as it is very nostalgic for us. We live in kyle and were saddened to see the other location closed last year. Tonight we drove all the way from kyle to enjoy our holiday tradition and were not even remotely disappointed. I've been a restaurant and bar manager my whole life and can tell this place is incredibly well run. The host was smiling and friendly as she sat us. The food and drinks were excellent. This all pales in comparison to Jenay's (sp?) INCREDIBLE service. She was personable, prompt, and non-invasive. We wanted for nothing the entire visit and her personality was highly contagious. Thank you for making our night, Jenay. Our only complaint is y'all are such a far drive from Kyle!

Came here for lunch with my cousin the other week. We were sat right away and the waiter was very prompt with our drinks. The food was great except the salad croutons were stale. They offered new croutons but I just picked them out. My cousins burger was great and cooked to perfection and the bottomless fries are great. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Nice place for a quick lunch, they don’t have lunch specials though.

Their food is awesome!! Loved the place it's so comfy and the customer service is great. They have the best fries, great flavor 😍 I recommend this place and definitively coming back.

Haven't been disappointed yet. Yes, it is higher priced than Mickey D's, but you get what you pay for. The menu had some new additions! I tried one of them, definitely a keeper.

Great place and Great food especially Burgers and finger foods. Not healthy but who cares:) but there is healthy choices for healthy freaks also...veggie burger and substitute any burger buns with Lettuce! Can't go wrong!

Recently received a catering order from this location and everything from the service to the food was amazing. The General Manager, Alyssa delivered the food personally and ensured that everything was prepared and set up to perfection. We have ordered catering form other restaurants before, and the experience we had with Alyssa has by far exceeded any expectation we could have. As well as surpassing other restaurants in taste, set up and personal touch.
I would highly recommend this location to anyone solely due to this experience today.

Delaney was a delight and her manager Jason was even better. Everyone so polite and the food a huge and juicy hit. Will come back again if I find myself in Austin again.

The service was excellent, food was great! It was Veterans day they had a table set! Thought that was pretty cool!
