matt is an awesome very understanding individual.And a great grounds keeper/landlord.he made me feel very welcome here. i would recommend this place to anybody tryna get back on their feet or just here to visit!

I nice place to stay and nice view of the capital

Fully furnished, all utilities included. You get what you pay for. Very cheap rent, month to month. For most people this is probably not a long term residence but more so an in between place or a place for you to get back on your feet. Landlord is accommodating and super friendly but he is super hard to get a hold of and didn't return my phone calls. My major complaint (with my apartment specifically) was the fact that there were very poor seals around the doors and so all types of insects would find there way inside ie. Flys, nats, Rolly Polly's, a few ants, June bugs, beatles, and so on. Also, some of the people who live in the area are very sketchy. I will say though, other than the critters, the place is very nice and well kept. There were no signs of bed bugs and I never had any problems with roaches. Overall I would say if you are in need of a place to stay to get back on your feet, this is the perfect place for you. If you are making decent money and are just looking for a new place to call home I would recommend looking elsewhere, at least until these problems are resolved.
