Horrible HORRIBLE insurance company. Rates went up nearly every month until I switched companies! The app won't let you do ANYTHING except view a portion of your policy and pay your bill. All-around terrible experience and do NOT recommend!!

Do not go with Liberty Mutual. Go somewhere else. We found insurance, same coverage half the price. State Farm.

If you asked me 6 months ago how I liked liberty mutual based on a total of 15 years experience, I would have said that they are good. I had them for about 15 years for everything. Then I went to other companies and was overseas and came back and picked Liberty Mutual as my auto insurance which was available with direct payroll through the firm that I work for. It was paid for by payroll deduction. They screwed that up. They blamed the firm saying that I cancelled it when it was really their system issues. I finally got that fixed but they were not able to add back on the other insurance that I had without a price increase. It was to cover my wife’s wedding ring, etc. ok. Fast forward. I had a fender bender where the car I front of me stopped short but the law says you are responsible for that. Ok. It only did $1,200 worth of damage to my car but $4,000 to the other car. I had them for a little yes than a year. They dropped me. It was a new account so they did not factor the 15 years of history with no accident or the fact that I’ve never actually had an accident with a claim in my entire life and I’m 52. These people are so short sighted. Well. GEICO thanks then. 😐
