Central Transport

Great place to work for with a good group of guys that treat each other like family. The work is very consistent throughout the year never really slows down and they pay has been really good too.

My husband drove for them for 2 years central transport has got to be the worse company to work for they cheat their drivers out of time they rip off and lie to their customers very poor communication between drivers and dispatch they damage customers freight and they never pay their claims the pay sucks if you do get a raise they cut your hours home office where dispatch is never answer the phone or return calls to drivers or customers and they lie to you they had my husband to try and deliver damage freight to the same Customer 3 times hoping that Customer would eventually accept it over all a very poor company to do any kind of business with! A lot of crooked business going on in this company home office in Michigan would not recommend this company to anyone!

I passed one of their drivers driving down the road with a loaded trailer and rear door wide open, I tried multiple times to reach the company so they could contact the driver to no avail. All efforts to reach them led to a dead end.

Not a very professional outfit. the "office" guys are a bunch of ...... How can I put this politely? UN-intelligent people. Especially in the Effingham Illinois location
