I have used Jeff with Arrow for 10+ years at our personal and rental properties. Most recently I called Jeff at 4:58 pm, right as his business was closing, and let him know I had a huge, swarming hornets nest in my tree. Jeff was at my house in 20 minutes to exterminate and remove the nest. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is!

Have their services for many, many years. They always been great and responsive. Kim is our technician and he always does a great job.

This is our first year paying a company to come spray for bugs. The last time I called them they said they would give us notice when they came back. We got a card in the mail that they would come June 1st but, no set time. I work overnight sometimes and I thought they would have called us when they were coming today but, they showed up while we were asleep. When the guy was done spraying the outside he yelled at my front door asking if he could come in. I was in the middle of the hallway cleaning up dog pee. I went to go let him in and he was getting in his truck and driving away. I called to talk to a supervisor about it. The supervisor didn't call me back. 2 hours later the worker called me asking if he could come back. I told him no and I am waiting to talk to a supervisor about it.

Never called me back to schedule. My landlord called another exterminator.
