What a great furniture shopping experience! We were welcomed by Jody and she listened to our needs and guided us to the pieces we were interested in looking at. She then allowed us time to look while checking in to see if we had any questions. We quickly selected a sofa, loveseat and matching chair, which Alex assisted us in finalizing the sale. Wrights had a great selection of brands, styles, price points to see, feel, and experience the comfort of each. Taylor was fantastic to work with in the store and in my home from furniture to rugs to home decor accessories. She listened to my likes/dislikes/concerns and everything perfectly matched my style and home atmosphere! The installers were professional, installed heavy mirrors, placed leg pads on furniture, moved existing furniture to other areas of the home, and accommodated different layouts to meet the best room space. Phenomenal experience from start to finish!

We finally received 2 recliners which were ordered in September. After having them delivered my husband decided he didn't like them. Wrights worked with us to return them and replace them with 2others. We are very impressed with their customer service. We have been buying furniture from them for the past 20 years, several pieces in the past 6. So happy with all of them.

Our sales lady was amazing and showed us exactly what we were looking for. She took the time to check prices and our pieces were on sale! We had quick service. Delivery within a few days and the delivery guys were also great. They set everything up and made sure it worked great before they left. Thank you. We will be back!

We have purchased from Wright's several times over the past years and have had excellent customer service all around. Once again they did not let us down! I sent my husband down to buy a sofa on his own. I know Yikes! He found the perfect sofa and had lots of friendly help. The delivery guys are awesome also!. We just bought a new couch from Wrights and we couldn't be happier! It's exactly what we wanted. All of the staff at Wrights were really friendly and helpful with any questions we had. They worked with us to get our couch delivered the following day after our purchase and called to let me know when they were on the way. We will definitely shop there again!

They have a great inventory of quality pieces. Linda was so very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I brought home samples and hope to be ordering soon. Great experience!

We had another wonderful experience at Wrighr’s. Our sales rep, Karen, was very accommodating for our busy schedule. She met me at our house, took some photos and got an idea of what we wanted. My wife and I went in looking for something modern in the recliner department. Alex is who we had as our saleman and he helped us out a great deal. He gave us a great deal on the chair and a rug we found we liked. Great service and experience. If you are looking for a great show room(clean showroom) they are the best around. Not to mention they have the most modern and up to date furniture!!

We had a very good experience with Wrights Furniture. The salesperson was very helpful in our decision in choosing our adjustable bed frame and mattress. It had been 28 years since we had purchased new mattresses and everything was so very different. The gentleman that delivered the frame and mattresses set it up and explained everything in detail. I have shopped many times at Wright’s Furniture and have always had a great experience. They are very helpful and their furniture is quality. I was looking for three pieces today and found two in stock and ordered the third. Again it was a pleasure. They have beautiful things.

I loved Wright's. I had been looking for my new chairs for months. Everywhere else I went needed to order them. Some up to 5 months wait. But Wright's let me buy right off the showroom floor. Loved the service they gave when delivering also.

Wrights has such a great selection of furniture. From carpet to hard wood flooring, recliners, mattress’s, coffee tables, and Couches with the Best Italian leather which I personally have bought all of these. Great customer service. I will never shop anywhere else.

We had a great experience at Wright's! Went in to just look around and walked out with a sectional and dining room table set! Jody was great at helping us find what we needed and making it all happen right before they closed for the day. We would recommend Wright's to everyone.....from in-store to the delivery everything was top notch! Did I mention that delivery was only $25 and we live an hour away?! We had a great experience purchasing our living room furniture from Wright’s Furniture and it was delivered earlier than expected. Customer service was great!! They were so helpful. We plan on purchasing more furniture from them in the future.

The buying process was fast and easy. Kelly at the robinson store was very helpful and even held our baby when she was fussy. Delivery guys were quick and professional and took the extra time to put felt sliders on all the legs on our sectional.

Great all around experience
