I haven't gotten excited about a retail store in longer than I care to remember. I don't normally like shopping, but I love this store! The accessories! The styles. The fact that it caters to the curves! I got compliments from associates and strangers alike on my attire at a recent holiday event. SOOOOOO glad there is finally a place like Will & Co in the St. Louis MSA (Metro East / SW Illinois)

There are some great deals for men but the proprietor “WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE” despite numerous attempts to check for new inventory. I try to support B. O. B. but we’ve got to do better in communicating with customers.

The owner, Ardis Dorell is a scammer and thief. I commissioned a custom prom dress for my daughter, paid in full, Prior to the stay at home order due to Covid. Once it was issued artist, try to give a store credit towards merchandise she had on the floor, but was told that we still wanted the dress. She has changed locations twice since. Adria has given excuse after excuse as to why the dress was ‘unavailable’ after the last fitting. Everything from personal issues to having my daughter digging through storage units. She “didn’t have time” when I questioned her in the middle of her side hustle ( filing taxes). “The dress was stolen. I’ll make it right. I’ll be in a better place in October…” Now she trying to gaslight me while refusing to give me my money back. ITS BEEN 4 YEARS!
