We have been a customer here for 3 years. We have always received excellent service. We recently purchased a new vehicle and all my husband did was call Jordan and literally within minutes the loan was approved. By the time we drove 20 minutes from our home to their office the loan was ready. We signed in 2 places and we were on our way...and as a bonus Leon gave us a gift card for a free car wash for our new vehicle. Leon..Jordan and the whole staff are so welcoming and truly a pleasure to do business with and they really look out for their customers to give them the lowest rates with the best service and make sure we are adequately insured.

They know their craft like the back of their hand and will always try their best to help you. They make the biggest problems seem like nothing and never let me down when I really needed it. Huge thanks to all the agents working here. If you’re looking for people who care you found the right place. :)

Jordan, Sheri, and Leon have always been there for me. They call me with a friendly smile, even if it's to remind me I forgot to pay a bill. They've never judged me when I forgot to update my card information or remind me to update my policy because life happens. They've handled everything efficiently and effectively. The prices are competitive, but it's the customer service that sets them apart. They are good people who will go out of their way to help you and that means to world to me. My grandpa's truck was vandalized and it was an emotional moment for me. My grandpa was my world. They understood me through my tears and walked me through everything with a gentle reminder that they can help me fix the truck. They've looked out for me in the roughly twenty years I have been with them.

Leon's office has treated my family so great for the many years we have been their customer. Jordan is especially helpful and always very speedy with her responses. I have been a customer here for a couple years now. Recently got in my first car accident and they have been so nice and very helpful through the process. While there finding information out, they informed us of other services as well. Which were great to hear! Really appreciated how all the workers were ready to answer any questions and that they all helped us with anything we needed. Everyone is so nice and helpful! Definitely recommending to anybody I can!

His Staff (especially Sheri) is very knowledgeable and friendly and will help you understand your policies and needs. This has been a great day with Leon in that he helped me save not only money but counseled me in coverage needed at this time in my life so I hopefully will not lose my assets in the event of an accident.

Cailyn was very friendly and helpful with me getting insurance right away. And it's cheaper then what I was paying with my previous insurance company thank you so much
