Al's Tire Mart & Electronics

Me and my family were traveling in from out of town and we ended up with a flat tire. Turns out there was a nail in our tire that needed to be patched. Al's Tire Mart provided us with quick service and we were back on the road in no time. I am very pleased with Al's Tire Mart. I would recommend them to anyone for any tire needs. They are awesome.

Al’s Tire Mart/Verizon has always provided us great customer service, but this last visit when Luke Koester helped me and my mom purchase and set up new phones and accessories, the visit was exceptional. Needed 2 tires ASAP as my dealer didn't have what I needed. I called them and spoke with Jen. (She's super awesome and helpful!!) When I got there, the mechanic took a look and let me know that I'd only need two as the others were still in really good shape. Saved me a headache and got me fixed up and out the door in under 45 minutes.

Picked up a nail in 1 tire on our recent road trip. We lost 20 pounds of pressure in 10 minutes and thankfully made it to Al's. The staff was super helpful and got us in before the tire went entirely flat. They were able to remove the nail, patch the tire, and get us back on the road within 30 minutes. Plus it was only $35, and free smiles all around! Absolutely recommend them for tire needs.

We had a slow leak in a tire on our Toyota Camry. I called at 1 pm and got in at 3:15. By 4pm we were on our way. Great service.

I didn't purchase my phones here, but stopped in to get the liquid screen protectors on two of my pricey devices. Jordan accommodated my request with extreme professionalism. He went the extra mile to explain how to register and redeem my warranties, if need be. I also observed another employee going above & beyond to help a customer. I didn't get her name, but she was also very professional. I will absolutely recommend Al's to my friends. A very pleasant experience, for sure. Thank you!

Crystal was extremely helpful with everything I needed. She helped me install my new hum in my car and set it all up for me. She also helped set up auto pay and ways to save my bill per month. I absolutely love the crew here. Everyone is always super positive and patient. I full reccomend going here for all your phone and electronic needs.

I noticed I had a slow tire leak while coming into Effingham on a road trip pulling a camper. Not knowing where to get it looked at I pulled up tire service on my GPS. Followed it to Al's. What a great experience it was. They were able to get me in quickly without having to drop the trailer, found the problem, fixed it and I was back on the road real quick. Everyone I had contact with was great from the guys in the shop to the lady I payed in the office. If I lived in a 100 mile radius of this place I'd never do tire business anywhere else. Great job.

Last week I went to Al’s tire mart to the Verizon department to ask a simple free question. When I walked in I saw one of the salesman’s just smiling from ear to ear. His name is Adam Jackson. I decided to go to him. I have never had the best customer service in my life until I walked into that store. From buying a car to eating at a restaurant. I walked out with a new phone , phone screen protector , phone case, a palm and a tablet. His actions and his attitude was so amazing. He helped me with every single question I had. And he would not let me leave till I knew how to work everything. The tablet I did not buy until the next day. I live in newton and I drove all the way to Effingham just to go to him. He is a very hard, positive worker and them people are very hard to find these days. I have told many people about Adam and defiantly told them to go to him. Thanks again Adam ! I rate you the highest rate possible

Had an exhaust leak on my wife's car they got me right in fixed and out the door for a very reasonable price. Will definitely bring more work to them
