Parsons Electric

I was referred to Parsons Electric by several people. I have used them twice now, most recently due to damage from a wind storm. The morning I called, they were there within a few hours. I had major electrical damage that has now been repaired. The service was not just good, it was GREAT!!! Kevin, the service project manager, made sure I understood what needed to be done, always provided updates and made sure I was taken care of. Evan, the electrician, was also great! He kept me up-to-date on the progress and also went over things with me if necessary. They both went above and beyond. I highly recommend Parsons Electric if you want excellent service and excellent customer satisfaction!

I was looking for electrician, looking through reviews. Came across Parsons read some of the reviews and saw how old they were so I gave them a shot. Kevin was out that day and had it fixed within an hour. Then I found he was actually sick and was the manager. That shows the dedication of the electricians at Parsons. I used them two other times after that and it was the same great experience as the first time. I wish there were more stars to give.

Kevin and Joe have been a godsend. From small repairs to major remodels they have always come through for me. Do yourself a favor and call Parsons.

I highly recommend Parson's Electric. The company is professional and service oriented. We had an issue with the electric in our residential home. The service department came out right away and helped us resolve the issue. Very good company.

Very professional

Unfortunately, a technician was sent to my house to assess the damage of a melted light switch. He was both unable to fix the switch or give me an estimate (because he would have to reach so high with the numbers) but I was still charged a $60 service call, that was NOT disclosed to me, for a service that was NOT completed. I had already cut the electric to that part of the house from the breaker box myself, but was told HE was the one that had "safed the circuit." I had another electrical company come to give an estimate and was only charged $115 for the work which was completed on the spot within an hour and a half! I do not recommend this company to anyone unless you do not mind paying for uncompleted work!

Called on four different occasions to try and schedule them to come out for a simple job. All four times were told the gentleman that does the scheduling was out, but would call me back. Never once did that occur. Last time I called, I even asked if anyone else could schedule. I was told no, but that 'she would track him down and have him call me ASAP. Guess what? He didn't call. How can a business this size rely on only one person to schedule? Do you have that much business that you can afford to ignore potential clients when he doesn't care or attempt to return calls? No worries, I will take my 'problem' and dollars to one of your competitors that I am sure will be glad to help.
