I'm a first time home buyer and he made the whole home insurance process so easy and straightforward. He helped me get the perfect insurance for both my home and car. We recently had the catalytic converter stolen from our car. We emailed Augie, and he responded quickly. Thankfully, he had us set up with coverage for this type of thing, so we ended up paying nothing to have it replaced! Augie recommended a shop to do the repairs, and coordinated all the paperwork and payment directly with shop. I simply dropped off the car, and picked up the car just two days later! Augie's team also arranged a rental car for me while the car was in the shop. Same story, he coordinated all paperwork and payments directly with the rental car company – I just picked up the car and drove away. The entire process could not have been easier!

Augie defines professionalism. He works precisely, decisively, and puts clients' needs first. Best insurance agent ever -- and I've been with State Farm for over fifty years!. We often go to our insurance agents in times of need, and Augie is there to work until you're satisfied. He's the gold standard of insurance agents.

He treats you like you are family and explains everything so us non-insurance people can understand, he'll set you up so you know you and your family are taken care of if something were to happen.
