Cubby's Sports Bar & Grill

Amazing doesn't do it justice. Being from Wisconsin we had never heard of chislic we got it grilled and it was fantastic. We sat on the rooftop the vibe, drinks and waitress were great and it was also crazy busy even with that everything was perfect. 10 out of 10

Just picked a place on main and we lucked out We sat on the upstairs patio. Service was excellent, server was friendly and efficient. Craft beer selection is good with many different options. I had the Thai wrap and waffle fries. It was excellent, not as spicy as described though. Also fried pickles were good.

This is a favorite stop for us when traveling through Brookings. The place is located in the downtown area that has lots of character and is a great place to be on a weekend night. Burgers are great, chicken nachos can’t be beat along with cold and frost beer. Lots of tap choices. Service a good. We like to catch our favorite MBL or NFL game.

Burgers are wonderful. Waitress was excellent, very polite. Clean and a very interesting atmosphere.

Great food and bartender great service. Chili and burger super tasty. Nice selection of beers and a ton of tvs for sports. Roof top wasn’t open due to weather.

We had a couple burgers and drinks on the roof top. We also had the pretzel bites they were very good. Great customer service. We will return.

Very good server. Good food that was served timely even though it was jacks gameday during playoffs.

Probably the only place you need to go to eat in Brookings if you’re short on time or just passing through. They have a little bit of everything you might be craving, that goes for the beer selections too. Open to all ages and very family friendly. The rooftop is absolutely beautiful. I finally have a reason to get excited about stopping in Brookings.)
I will add that the service was tops but I wouldn’t expect less from such a great community.

Stopped in for lunch and was not disappointed. I had the traditional wings with the honey habanero dry rub, great flavor!

Food was really good, got the cowboy burger and loaded waffles fries. Nice selection of beers.

Can't go wrong with 55 tvs showing a variety of sporting events and sport shows. Place is much larger than it appears and it is very easy to carry on a conversation without having to raise your voice, even when busy.

Always enjoy Cubbys. Our waitress today was especially awesome. Thanks for a lovely visit while dropping our youngest off for his freshman year at SDSU!

Great food and friendly staff. I would go back in a heartbeat. I had the philly cheesesteak nachos after being recommended by the waitress.

From the atmosphere to the staff, EXCELLENT!! So many TV's to catch your favorite team playing, the food is phenomenal and the staff is friendly and always ready to fill your request for food or drink. I love this bar!!

Absolutely love the atmosphere here. My best friend and I met in Brookings for the day. When we sat down and they had Cody Johnson playing we knew we chose the right place to eat. Not only did they play like 5 Cody Johnson songs, all the music was spectacular and the food was AMAZING!! I will definitely be telling all my friends and family to stop by!!

Thee best place to watching sports! Not to mention the great food and atmosphere!
