Excellent food with great portions and many options, smoothies rocked too! Our new favorite when in town, we went 3x this weekend and was impressed every time. Plus the grocery store portion was affordable for healthy food. Keep up the great work

Me and my spouse came in last week scoping out vegan food in the area and ended up coming back in for the breakfast because we loved it so much! From the smoothies, to the sandwiches, to the breakfast foods, everything was phenomenal (plus the entire stuff were super friendly!) This is by far our new favorite spot!

Had the BLAT sandwich, bacon lettuce, avocado, tomato on fresh sourdough. It was DELICIOUS and the fact that ingredients are locally sourced is awesome. Folks here are nice too. Highly recommend!

Unique selection of grocery & personal care items. Kitchen on site with a delicious looking menu! Definitely will have to try! Update! The Cuban sammy is very tasty!

Hands down the BEST vegan food you'll get anywhere in or around the Quad Cities. The menu can seem a little overwhelming, but I assure you each item is a BANGER, you can't go wrong with what you get. The owner and his family are all amazing people too - super nice and helpful. Even if you're not vegan, i guarentee you'll find something on the menu that's delicious and enjoyable!

Had a first date here.. I have never had vegan food a this place was everything. Definitely coming back.. I had the BLT

Amazing food! Not just for a vegan but for anyone. We are from Atlanta Georgia with quite a few vegan options but this even outshined some of those. If you love GOOD food- please try it. You will not be disappointed.

Really enjoyed everything about this place! We were in town for Little League baseball so we couldn't get many groceries. We mainly stopped for lunch and left with a few treats from the store.

I ordered the veggie sandwich. Super happy when a place has sprouts! I can't remember what my wife ordered but she was being adventurous and trying something new. We chatted with one of the brothers in the store as the other brother made our food in the cafe. Super nice guys and were very easy to talk to. They were talking video games with my kids and even asked my son about his baseball team (we had just left his game) while we looked around the store.

We picked up some homemade chocolate chip cookies that were excellent and very reasonably priced. They were happy to recommend a few products during our conversation. I had mentioned I don't like fake meat, too much like the real thing, but I sure do miss cheese. He said I should try Violife as it's the closest thing he's had. I had not had it before and didn't really have a good way to store it but it's definitely on my list to get.

The food was very good. The coleslaw my wife got was terrific! I really liked my sandwich but could have used a sauce choice with it. The avocado used was very generous and helped with the dryness. Their fries are very unique and quite tasty. I would have eaten three times what they gave me! The meal was a perfect size though, I just wanted to pig out.

I thought it was cool that the brother who made the food stopped by a couple of times and asked how everything was. They even wished my son luck with the rest of his baseball games at the tournament as we walked out the door. Very nice people! Really good food!

Everything is vegan, and most things have gf options. Extremely accommodating but most of all, delicious!!! Everything they sell and serve is well thought out with whole body health in mind. Great little store with bulk beans, spices, and basic staples for your kitchen and even local produce!
I had the chickpea wrap and the chickpea melt, both were ahhhmayzing. Also got a grilled cheese with pickle to go. Everything I got was gf and I enjoyed every bite.
I would give this place 10 🌟 if I could.
Also wish I took some pictures before I devoured all the food but, I'll be back!!

I'm not a vegan but my wife is so we tried it out. The burger we had was amazing. I could barely tell a difference. The people are very nice, informative and helpful. We asked alot of questions. They patiently answered them and talked with us. Wether your vegan vegetarian or neither I would suggest trying it out. And they sell all the stuff they make in store. And it's all made fresh to order. Awesome place. Don't regret any part of or trip here.

The food is delicious. I had the chickpea salad sandwich and I added avocado. It did not disappoint! I also had the chipotle Mac and cheese. It was equally as delicious. Very large portions as well! Great food and great people.

First time here and enjoyed a delicious “purple haze” smoothie!! Absolutely refreshing!! Employee’s are super friendly!

This place is the best, the people are kind, ambitious, and talented. The food not only tastes amazing but also has superb presentation. It is always worth it to shop local, and while it might not be the cheapest menu out there (it's also definitely not the priciest) you will absolutely get what you paid for and more. I cannot give this family or business a high enough recommendation. And when in doubt, ask the staff. They are happy to guide you. Enjoy your visit and send them my regards.

I’ve lived in the Quad Cities for over a decade, and this is the best meal I’ve ever had. The BBQ Mac and Cheese was better than anything I’ve ever eaten. Even if you aren’t vegan, this place is worth going to at least a dozen times. The menu is huge and I wish I would have been visiting for longer so I can eat all of it.
