Food never disappoints. Tastes good. Looks good. Good portions. Decent pricing.
Staff wanted to be anywhere but there it seemed. Gossiped for 20 minutes, before remember our appetizers that we had to ask for..
Literally after 7 minutes, fries and soup have already been done for 4. Trust me.
And they weren't busy.
This place used to be popping.
Pretty quiet and dead now.

Food is fresh, very nice staff, it is clean. They offer Chinese and American dishes. So it is perfect for the whole family. A hidden gem in Caribou, Maine.

Left full and with left overs for less than a meal at McDonalds.

My little girl spilled her drink and felt so bad. The staff worked to make her feel better even gave her a beautiful sugar crystal sucker.

A nice and comfortable place to eat. Generous portions. The price is good. The food is what you’d expect at an American Chinese place. The BBQ pork and curry dishes were delicious. Some of the deep fried dishes have a lot of extra flour and grease... But overall it tastes good!

Best place to go when you’re in town for a quick sit down much! You get in and out without much of a wait time and the meals are always hot, delicious, and very filling! Definitely recommend the lunch menu if you get a chance!

Love the food and speedy service. The ladies are always working hard and very lovely.

Waitress dropped the F bomb in front of our 10 year old daughter, didn't bother to apologize or correct it. Took her a good 30 minutes after we had our drinks for her to decide it was worth taking our order. The icing on the cake was her inability to get my girlfriend a new fork after we asked politely and pointed out the one that had been given to her still had someone else's food on it. Now I'm usually and extremely understanding customer. People have lives, and we don't know what their struggles are behind closed doors. However, taking upwards of 30 minutes just to take our order, on what had to be one of the slowest nights I'd ever personally witnessed in this establishment, is unacceptable. By the time we actually had our food, we just wanted to leave. Absolutely terrible service for NO good reason. Jade palace I highly recommend you better train your waiters/waitresses to make sure this does not continue to happen to others. You have been our go to for Chinese food my entire life, but as of late, you leave much to be desired.

Waitress was very friendly and good

It’s been years since we’ve been to Jade Palace. Like 20+ and the food was just as good as I remembered it to be. Coconut chicken was excellent and portions were large enough to have leftover. Spring rolls are nice and hot and crispy crab Rangoons were very good. Our waitress was exceptional. She was on top of everything and she was the only one working while training a new person. If you haven’t been there in years because you have been away, don’t hesitate to go in. It’s as good as you remember.

Was really not expecting this place to be as good as it was. Walked in and no one was there and place is a little dated but the food is where it is at!!! The platter for 2 was amazing and plenty to go around and really cheap for the amount of food you get! Everything was amazingly good!

Great Place to eat, service is Great from the Greeter's to the Waitress's all isE Great they made the front of a magazine in this year, it is dim lit so if U have avision issue's make sure U have a leader or blind stick. Bathroom's are small not wheelchair accessible. Other then that the place is Great. #jadepalace2022

Jade Palace is the best place to get Chinese food in all Aroostook County in my opinion. The staff and owners are friendly and with all the fun that has happened the last couple years they have handled it really well. Right now things are crazy busy with a limited staff, but it's worth the wait.

Fantastic food. The atmosphere is beautiful and calm. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The owners are such sweet, genuine people. The prices are fairly high but definitely worth it. They are almost always very busy so it's a hit or miss with the wait time. They still manage to get the food done quickly.

There was one loan server she was very attentive to everyone. they were pretty packed she had 11 tables .food was delicious

The food was served fast, hot and delicious! Our waitress Tomis was fantastic! She made sure we had everything we needed throughout the Dinner! THANK YOU for making our meal there memorable! We will see you again! we also met the owner who has owned this place for 38 years as we were walking out and he was very friendly and very appreciative! Keep up the great job! Kevin & Tammy!

Best American Chinese food in the county.

Date night? Volcano drink for 2, order of egg rolls, and orange chicken. Well priced and you'll have leftovers. The owners are good people.

Always have a good experience with their food itself. The meals are always so filling and flavorful. Very well priced meals too. Last time I had kung pow chicken which was amazing. The restaurant hasn't had a decor update for eons and honestly the restroom could use an update too. The other issue we have had is ordering takeout, where it seems one of our modified orders gets messed up. But in terms of food and quality of meal, always good.
