We have ordered several new fords from Griffeth Ford over the years. Our experience has always been excellent. Sales staff does on outstanding job making sure we get the features we need at a price we can afford. Service dept preps the car quickly when it arrives. The process is always easy here.

The service is excellent. And I’m treated like a valued customer, they know the history of my vehicle and do a great job of keeping the maintenance up to date.

Travis was amazing to work with. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. 110% happy with the service and the time he took to go over the vehicle with me.

I took my son in to purchase his first vehicle. It was a very smooth and stress free transaction from start to finish. He got a wonderful low mileage vehicle and low payments from a local lending institution. Easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever been part of!

I don't realy like to do these surveys. However I wanted to express the quality of service and the customer care that we have recieved from Ethan in the service center. We moved here 2 yrs ago and we were worried about finding some one that would give high quality service. We left California with a auto repair service company we had for 30 yrs. Hard to beat but I'm pretty confident we have found a good replacement in Caribou's Griffith Ford Service.

Brought my suv in to have tires changed and a four wheel alignment. Another dealer said I needed over 500.00 in parts to do the alignment. Griffith Ford said everything was good. I appreciate honesty and not having someone trying to upsell.

The service is great. All the employees are very nice. I’ve had my car serviced there a few times and will not go anywhere else. They know what they are doing!

I had been to 2 other dealerships in the area, the day prior. Those salesman gave me alot of "lip service" and tried to put me into shady vehicles. I wasn't satisfied. I walked into Griffeths and met Travis. He was great. He was upfront and honest. He had multiple vehicles in my price range for me to try. The sale was same day, and was easy and smooth. Great place - fast and friendly customer service. Second time I have gone through them for a used vehicle. Went above and beyond recommending a vehicle for my need a d budget, and getting me in to it fast. Even after everything was done I still received awesome customer service. Highly recommend to keep these guys in mind when searching for a new/used vehicle.

Great experience from the moment I arrived at the dealership until I drove away in my new truck. The salesperson really listened to my needs, addressed any concerns I had, and was very thorough and patient while walking me through various features of different models on the lot so I could make an informed choice. He seemed very knowledgeable and competent throughout the entire transaction, and I left in my new vehicle confident both that I had made the right choice and that if any problems came up after the sale they would work with me to make it right. Repairs are done quickly and accurately. They operate close to the schedule book, so wait time for repairs is minimal. There is always hot coffee in the waiting room. When you get your car back, it has been washed! My plug-in hybrid Ford CMax Energi has been very reliable, so I don't see the Service Desk people frequently. But when I need them, they don't let me down!

Wonderful service from the team here. Appreciate there great communicate, customer service, and understanding. Helped us in getting are vehicle running again after the coldsnp froze our car up.

Griffeth Ford has always treated us great. Travis and John are very good to deal with. Travis a an A1 salesman. The service department is good to deal with also. Anthony always cleans my car so well.
