The office is very inviting when you first walk in. The front end staff, hygienists (Jane is the best!) and practitioners here are all wonderful. They are friendly, professional, thorough and efficient. They really care about their patients. I have been going here for years. Highly recommend.

My first time at this office was absolutely amazing! Everyone was very nice, personable and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I loved the look and feel of the office. Jessica and Dr Woods were both great and friendly! Will always recommend!

Entering in the frort door of the Northern Maine Denta Officel you are greeted by a beautiful modern office with comfortable chairs and couch in a calming and inviting waiting room.
The front office staff are welcoming and helpful .
Dr. Thompson is friendly and professional and explains procedures thoroughly to her patients.
I had the pleasure of visiting Haley one of the dental hygienists on staff today. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and at ease .

I had a wonderful experience at my cleaning today. Dr . Woods was very detailed in his exam, he even did a mouth cancer screening exam which I have never had done before. He wasn't concerned about me having cancer, rather just doing this as part of his routine check up as he would for any patient. Sue, my hygienist, was wonderful as well. She answered all my questions and did a great job cleaning my teeth. I specifically requested Dr. Woods again and Sue for my follow ups because I was so impressed. On top of this the office was beautiful, clean, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful as well. I'm very happy and impressed with my visit today! :)

The time I spent having a filling replaced was delightful. The conversation (such as could be accomplished with dental tools in my mouth) was upbeat and interesting. Dr Thompson is a masterful dentist. I enjoyed my time there.

To start off, I just want to say that I am not the biggest fan of dental appointments. Never have been in 30+ years. However, the crew at Northern Maine Dental are amazing and do a fantastic job. Hayley, one of the hygienists, is particularly wonderful. I always leave feeling impressed and better than when I got there 😊. Thanks!

I absolutely adore this office! Dr. Meg and her entire staff are so kind and personable! I recently was in and needed an updated X-ray, which required me to remove a necklace that I don’t typically take off (due to the clasp being extremely small.) Not only did my hygienist, Sue, take it off for me but when we got back in the chair she took the extra time to even put it back on! It was just so sweet of her to take the time to do that for me. I can’t say enough nice things- great team all around!

I have been attending this office since before when it was Dr. Smith. Dr. Thompson and her staff are great. I only ever recommend this office to people looking. They’re all so gentle, personable, and caring. The office is very comfortable.

I had a cleaning done today at Northern Maine Dental clinic with the dental hygienist Sue. It was such a relaxing and a wonderful experience. Sue is so knowledgeable and she was very patient at answering all my many questions! All the staff that I was in contact with were really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is so relaxing, a very welcoming place. I heard that Dr. Meagan contributed at the interior decorating of this lovely place. How blessed we are to have Dentist Thompson and her team be a part of our region! I greatly and highly recommend Northern Maine Dental! Many thanks for your service!

I must admit I was a little anxious when Dr Smith decided to retire. He was my dentist from the first day he started practicing in Caribou. Unlike a previous dentist I had, he was very honest, kind & professional. What a great service he did for the community in selling his practice to Northern Maine Dental. We are SO fortunate to have local citizens take over his practice. Since the takeover, I have had Dr Meagan Thompson perform extensive work on my teeth. She is a very skilled, proficient, honest and caring dentist. In one case I had a dire emergency and she was right there to help me on her day off along with Cheryl. It was a challenging situation but she handled it in a most professional and caring way. I was so thankful. Her assistant Sarah, the Northern Maine Dental hygienist and all office staff are truly remarkable.

I’ll start by saying that I’m not the easiest patient. I have a bleeding condition that can make dental care challenging at times. I also clench/grind my teeth a lot which is altering the bone in my jaw greatly. Dr Thompson and all her staff members are wonderful. They are very kind, professional, and easy to talk to. My cleanings and exams have been thorough and very comfortable. They do a great job explaining all information and teaching what I can do on my end. The office is beautiful and very organized. It’s incredibly clean and bright. It’s also very spacious and comfortable to move through. They have taken great care of me and truly listen to help find the best solutions for my dental care needs.
