Everyone was very kind and professional. They took me in last minute even though they were booked and they squeezed me in. Great small town shop with reasonable prices and they don’t try to price gouge and add in more problems. They found and corrected the issue promptly. I appreciate shops like this as a single woman because I have been taken advantage of in the past. Highly recommend them and I’ll be back for any car matienence and emergency needs.

Excellent service! They were able to diagnose and fix the problem plus complete an oil change and change my spark plugs at a very good price. Also, my spoiler was loose and making noise, so they drilled it back to the trunk, to prevent the noise. Lastly, about 8 months ago, I was charged $2000 for a brake job from the Nissan dealership where I took my car for services. After that my trust was broken with that dealership and I prayed to find a mechanic that would be honest and not rip me off. Prayer answered! Thank you so very much Rob and Crete service center.

I am a new resident of Crete. I needed to find a new automotive shop for my oil changes and repair work. This was my first experience at Crete service center and I found the staff to be professional and efficient. It was a pleasure getting to know the owner I felt welcomed.

Needed an oil change an hour before close and he didn’t hesitate to allow me to still bring my vehicle. Very good customer service and overall I have no complaints ☺
