Excellent customer service and care! Great people!

Rented a uhaul trailer from here. I walked in and was greeted by a four legged furry pal! What's not to love about a place that has a doggo to greet you? Not only that, but there were TWO dogs! Totally made my entire day! Also, the humans were a huge help in hooking up the trailer. Smooth and easy rental process. They also changed the spelling of my name, cause Mandt is hard to pronounce.

Was told my rim was bad, tired leaked, turned out a nail in tire. Great service, friendly employees. Will be returning!

I needed a tire replaced due to a bubble in it. I chose to have the front two replaced just to be safe. There was an issue with what I thought was only one tire I brought it back and they fixed it with no hesitation. I left again and the noise was still there so I came back again. They fixed the issue with no question. They were extremely cool about it and made sure I was taken care of. Cool guys and definitely make right. One place I can sayyou don't have to be a Karen to have an honest mistake fixed! If I could give 10 stars I would. Big Thanks to the guys at Nico's 💪

On the way to Chicago and realized we needed a tire quick and in a pinch we called. They had the tire. We were in and out as quick as possible. The whole time we didn't feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Being from out of state several hours away they helped us get back on the road. Thank you again!

Got a hell of a deal on a set of tires and was treated with respect they fixed me up while they got flooded with people and tires to put on they put me in and took care of me and alot of Jack's were flying and so many got taking care of while I was there wow what a crew with a awesome leader you all deserve more credibility you're incredible I'll be back!!!

Great service for the price I've had a couple situations where I need a new tires and on one instance I got all four tires replaced in less than 30 minutes and it was a fraction of what I would have paid for anyone else with twice as long of a wait
