Easy in and out with our motorhome. We have filled both the gas and propane tanks.
We have also used the dump station to empty our grey and black water tanks. Very reasonably priced.
Friendly staff.

Convenience of an Arby's Restaurant or purchasing from their store.

Nice place,clean bathrooms & showers,decent counter foods,good size store. Has an Arby’s also. My husbands a truck driver & we’ve stayed here a few times now.

We stopped here on our way home from the UP to use their dump station to empty our travel trailer tanks. Paid $5 to use their dump station which had water to clean your tank and hoses and drinkable water. There are 2 dump stations side by side which was nice as we didn't have to wait in line. The parking lot was very accessible for long travel trailers. Will definitely be stopping here more often as needed.

Clean restrooms. Friendly staff. Good place to fill up propane tanks. 20# to 100# -- as long as you can unload them from your trailer they will fill them.

We just weighed our truck and rv at the CAT scale. The woman at the scale was very nice! She couldn't have been more helpful. As first timers she explained what everything meant. Thank you. (Sorry we did not get her name)

Excellent setup for RVs and trucks of all sizes. Super clean restroom if the rest stops aren’t accessible in your travels. Store has a big selection of snacks and other items. Arbys drive thru and outdoor pavilion with grassy area is a great amenity

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well maintained. They offer trailer parking with plenty of room to pull around. They have ample parking for trailers with plenty of room to check your tires. If you should need air they offer it for free. We also ate at the attached Arby’s. The staff there were also very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The food was good Arby’s food. We liked it enough we saved it for our future trips to the UP.

Yo they hooked my phone up in minutes, every where else wanted to order parts. Charlies had em! Took care of me! 🫶🏼

I love this Truck Stop! It has everything! There is an Arby’s inside, there are all sorts of choices of water to beer(don’t drink and drive!) there is all sorts of food choices and the coffee oh the coffee is always fresh and good!!! You can get phone chargers, truck parts, gloves, hats, snacks and other doodads that you thought you never would need or find and they have it!!! Oh yeah they sell Marathon gas and diesel! There is even a hotel across the road!

I don't get to Michigan that often , but I stopped at Charlie's because it was in my truck stop locator. I'm glad I stopped in the place was very clean had a big paved parking lot without big pot holes. The ladies in the store were very nice and professional and the store and restroom were very clean. I marked this as a very good stop in my truck stop locator and the next time I'm up this way I'll be sure to stop it. There isn't to many truck stops around like this anymore. Lots of parking, pretty decent showers, hot and good pressure. Best I have seen in a couple days for sure. Was a relief!

I stop by here every time I'm headed back home up north, and have been doing so for many years. It's the only truck stop I use when in northern Michigan. The staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. They could teach a lot of places a thing or two about how to accommodate trucks. I will continue to use Charlie's as often as possible.

Great place to do your 10 or 34 here. Staffs very friendly, and pretty too LOL. They have clean hot showers too only $5 bucks. Great pizza and cold beers if you taking weekends here.

Needed a place to do laundry on the road. Called ahead to make sure availa ility. Could not have been more pleasant when I arrived. Seems like a small thing, but life on the road is a out finding the little pleasures and good folks. Thanks, all.

This is really an isolated location, meaning it could be a dump and people would have no choice. However, this place is one of the cleanest, friendliest, and most accommodating truck stops I’ve been to over the past couple years.

RV fuel island is my new favorite thing. Tons of room to pull up not blocking anyone and plenty of space to pull away and turn. Arby's inside and a small store.

Very nice staff. 5$ deposit for the showers.

Nice clean place. Plenty of parking when I was there. Friendly staff. Quiet place to park for the night. Really good free WiFi that reached the truck lot.
