Really can't believe I've never rated the place before now. Easily the best basic bar burger you will get in the great Flint area.

Half & Half basket is the way to go for onion rings and fries.

Now serving beer flights.

Probably the best dive bar in all of Michigan! Hidden in a alley and with a cool view and super amazing vintage bar.

You feel like you have travelled back in time. Solid menu options, will cook the burger super rare, cold beer, and varied selection of alcohol.

It is well used but clean and sweet vintage bathrooms. Staff is friendly and interactive!

Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Wonderful staff. Great long islands. Fullly prepped tequila shots for my friends. Very great experience during Flint Drop Fest too! Busy but awesome. thanks for letting me bring my aloe plant in 😂🌿 I even got a tiny dinosaur for it now! (again the staff is amazing)

Amazing staple bar in an alley, in downtown Flint. It had been around for over 50 years. Great burgers, great staff. The people are there are cool as well. Not a big SpaceX but it worked well.

We ate here for lack of options on a Sunday. It would not have even been on our radar. I am so glad we went here. They were packed! One waitress. She ran her tail off. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.

The Torch has renovated and is looking good! Same solid tap list, cool new logo glasses, and as always, nothing beats a Torch burger.

What a hidden gem. Coming straight from a funeral with some family, we needed some distraction and levity. Our server Kayla was an absolute blast and kept our spirits high. Great food, absolute fire beer list, and the price is right. While we aren’t from Flint, I know exactly where I’ll go every time I visit family. Thank you so much for helping us out in a time of need, and thank you for being awesome!

Such a great atmosphere with an amazing staff! It looks looks you step into an 80's/90's TV stage, yet it's functional. Chad, Keagen, Josh, Serenity, Ron, Jeremy, Shai, Hannah, Brandon, Chris and the elusive janitor... all do a fantastic job!

The Torch is a must stop when in Downtown Flint. Always fantastic food and amazing nostalgic atmosphere. Don't overthink this and just stop in!

Best burger in all of Flint. This place is a treasure. It's very small, so during busy events you may not be able to find seating. But they have a nice draft beer selection or any type of cocktail. I've only ever had the burger here because it's what they're known for. For that I can't recommend anything else on the menu but what they do, they do well.
