Swartz Creek Estates

A few months ago my grandparents bought a home in Swartz Creek Estates. I was throughly impressed with our how nice and the clean the park is. Maintenance does a great job of keeping the property looking fantastic! The property manager Ali was amazing through the whole purchasing and moving in process as well. Any questions that we had, she was right there to answer them. I have never had a more smooth move in process. She even called to check in on how the move went and if everything was going good so far in my grandparents new home. I would highly recommend Swartz Creek Estates to anyone!

A few months back my grandparents moved in to Swartz creek estates. I was so impressed how nice the park was. They do an amazing job with the up keep of the park. The property manger Ali so was helpful and nice. She was so great at answering all my grandparents questions and helping where she could. Made the move quick and easy.

Have been working with theanager here and she has been very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this community great group!!!

We recently purchased a home in the park and the experience was great! Swartz Creek Estates was very easy to work with and the office manager , Allision was very helpful and answered the many questions we had. Allision was always available when I needed her. Very easy to work with! The park is very well kept, very clean and quiet. We found that the maintenance staff was very helpful as well. I would recommend Swartz Creek Estates!

I have lived here for 10 years and have had no problems. Neighbors are very nice we do have an occasional dog barking but that’s what dogs do. The girls in the front office are very helpful and if they can’t answer the question they tell you that they will check on it and get back with you, and that’s exactly what they do is get back with you with an answer. I would recommend this neighborhood to anyone who is looking to move into a Doublewide park. The maintenance workers are very helpful and they keep our roads clear of snow in the winter time.

We have been here for a year and are very happy with are decision to move here. The park is very clean and well kept and everyone seems to be very friendly...including management, which is readily available and helpful if there are concerns of any type.

I tried to apply for a home here but there wasn’t any available right now. But the park was beautiful and well maintained! Will definitely keep checking back. Ali was very nice and a huge help

My husband & I just moved in this park about 4 months ago from Mount Morris & we Love it here. People are very friendly here. The park mgmt. Takes EXCELLENT CARE of the community. We wish we would have lived here years ago.

This park is very well maintained and the office manager Alison I think was her name was amazing. I would highly recommend this place!!
