Didn't have any change on me, use my credit card. Said it was going to be a dollar but they charged me $4.

The worst experience ever. Very difficult to find the correct parking meters, the meters will not tell you if your input from your car info is in the wrong space. Just another way to scam! Flint is a racketeering place to get money from poor people.
