Genesee County Circuit Court

I always park in the back of the court house in the paid parking lot. The elevators are a little shaky. . .court room I went to was judge Jennie barkey , probate court fifth floor. She's a great no non sense judge, and can see though people's lives and deceitfulness. Thank you Judge Barkey for being a honest and great person.

Had to go here for Jury Duty. Not particularly sure why you can review a courthouse, but alright. I didn't have to do anything, just showed up, we sat in a room, and eventually they let us go because apparently they didn't need us. As far as Jury Duty goes, that's probably the best possible outcome.

Don’t know what your talking about. The most respectable judge I met to date. You don’t need to hate on a judge that’s doing their job correctly and to the law, you must be the criminal in such a case.

The people that work here are real nice. They made applying for a marriage certificate smooth and easy

Idk who you guys have answering the phone for you guys but she is HIGHLY rude and very unprofessional. Keeps hanging up on me and is legit refusing to do her job…… won’t give me her name so I can report her and now won’t answer the phone at all.
She keeps saying “we’re going in circles so I’m hanging up”
I was literally told to call them and get a plaintiff attorney and she’s refusing to do anything on the phone expect run her mouth and then hang up on me when I’m asking her is to direct me in the right direction because that’s literally her job as to answering your guys phone. Smh

When to court about some concerns I had with my daughter's other parent and the mental and physical abuse that she had reported. Assumed the guardian ad litem went and checked out the other parents home in which that never happened. The child even spoke to court personnel they still made her go back even after sharing photos of the nasty living conditions. I wish I could share those on here. If children don't have voices than why give them an attorney that doesn't have follow through.

Brought my case here because my child who is in highschool no longer feels safe with her father. Brought up everything I could think of and they still are forcing her to go back with someone she describes as a monster. No wonder why bad things happen to children under the justice system. Shame on them for not trying to do more.
