Travelodge by Wyndham St. Louis

Put my mother here while she visited from Florida. The staff couldn't have been more helpful & polite. Breakfast was ready every morning & was pretty good.
She has mobility issues & the room she received was great. The shower was very easy to use & very large. The only issue was the rolling chairs. Maybe not the most STABLE thing for those who are aged with issues. Otherwise it was good. The room was right inside the door by the breakfast & next to the office. This made her feel safe & happy.
Thank you to all she encountered!!! She left happy after being comfortable for the week!

They are alright nothing like back in the day I use to work for them years ago and kept them rooms immaculate but now when you see the owners working you know they need help floors wasn't vacuumed when I got there three light bulbs where taken I guess from the guess that had the room the day before me , chipped dresser , lipstick on the wall ,water pressure was low but I called down to the front desk and they came up and fixed everything while I was there so that was nice of them but now they charge you a $50.00 deposit in case their rooms get messed up by you and you don't get your deposit back if you mess the room up but I got my deposit back on top of the money I was charged $137.00 plus a $50.00 deposit I didn't like that at all especially when you have to pay taxes with that 137.00 for a room that had all that stuff wrong with it but again they fixed it they told me the room was $86.00 over the phone for a night with taxes but the next day i was charged $137.00 like this hotel was a beautiful room at the Drury Inn for that price I think I will go to Drury Inn next time I need a room for a night but I understand that hotel rooms have went up some of them but they don't even charge you that with a deposit at the Springdale Hotel down the road they charge you $89.00 no deposit and they clean them room and the Travelodge rooms look like the Springdale hotel rooms now they don't look nothing like they did when I worked there we had people to check the rooms before they rented them out to make sure sheets where changed and if something is on the top cover change it wash all of it and put it back on the beds vacuum the floors before you even put a guess in it looks like they are just getting over on people there and they know folks where going to get the room because people be tired and want to rest and People out here stop messing up these Hotel Room keep your room intact because the way you treat your room is a reflection on you that your nasty at home if you're messing a room up like that and hotel staff stop trying to get over on people and clean them rooms right stop being Lazy and get the job done before you charge a $50.00 fee I made sure I got my 50 dollars back and they want your your License plate make and model of your car as if it gets stolen they will replace it what's the purpose of that somebody could have dropped you off or you could be driving somebody else's car hell the address on the car might not be the address on the dam plates where you live you may be in a process of getting new plates and have a totally new address than what's on the drivers license or the plates I don't know another hotel that does that want your plate number make and model of your car do they want the plate numbers of them bikes them huffy's folks be coming up in there on what color is your Huffy Bike it don't make sense at all I'll definitely be going to another Hotel they need to change all that they are on

The rooms were clean. The employees were extremely friendly. The breakfast was good. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay.

On our return from Mexico we stayed the night. When we left my wife left a blanket she got in Mexico. She called and they had it and today we got it in the mail. That is customer service at its finest. The ladies I talked to on the phone were the best. If we ever need a place to stay in St loius we will go back to them

The staff at this location is super friendly and nice. The hotel needs renovations but otherwise we had a great stay. The breakfast was hot every morning too. Will definitely return.

Stayed 4/15/22-4/18/22 The room was decently sized, clean linens and room. No bugs a tad outdated furniture but overall was a great stay. I have no true complaints about this hotel. Would stay again in the future.

Let's start off.. For the price (Sub $75/Night) this is probably one of the best 'low end' hotels you are gonna find in the Area.

Domino's, Rallys, Waffle House, Steak & Shake all within walking distance.

Parking for someone with a pickup and trailer might be tricky as the lot is fairly small, but I was able to manage as the lot wasn't full (Sunday Night).

I found my room neat and clean. The staff was very friendly. I went to another Wyndham chain hotel in the area that was a little cheaper, and I asked for a refund after I saw my room. I was happy with my king non-smoking room here.

Would recommend for Someone looking for an affordable hotel. Ive been to a few that were horror shows, but this one is good.

Two things about this experience:
1. The first, the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was professional.

2. The St. Louis Metro area is one of the most segregated (racially and otherwise) and class-conscious in the country. If you tell a local that you’re staying near the airport, they may “warn” you to “be careful” in North County. I’d recommend not engaging the conversation. My stay was pleasant.

So front lady was really great and helped me with many requests as soon as I arrived and made my stay very comfortable. Room was just enough size and I loved big fridge and microwave as I was staying for few days and I could save money by buying groceries. Tv had enough channels and overall this was very nice stay with amazing value for the money.

I got the king jacuzzi suite. It was wonderful. From the time I walked in the front door of the building it has an amazing smell. The room smelled great tooand the room I chose was a smoking room but you could not notice. There was a small mix up on my charge that was instantly corrected. Thank you Ms Prachi and the property manager.!!!

Staff are friendly and hospitable. Clean room & bathroom no odor. Handy refrigarator & microwave , reasonable breakfast and 24hrs coffee available. Restaurants & fast foods at a walking distance. Safe place and safe environment. Near the airport if needed.

I would absolutely stay here again . Location is key... This place is right in the middle of everything you could possibly need. Currently under much needed renovations for the start of the New Year. Looking forward to seeing it all come together. Place has tons of potential and will definitely be a positive change. Inexpensive for a really good place to stay. Comfortable and Clean.. Free WiFi and Breakfast. Loved the fridge and microwave in the room and I found staff to be very welcoming, friendly, helpful. Exactly what I needed

Great place for a 2 star location. Went up on Thanksgiving to visit a friend, ended up having to cancel after the second day, which the manager (and owner) did without any fuss. She was kind, helpful, and even offered to help me try to fix my car through a relative of hers, as my e-brake had frozen.

Everything was clean, the bathrooms were not amazing but certainly equal or better than most 2-star facilities I've stayed at. Prices was great for the area, and local to much of St. Louis. (Everything was 15m to 30m in driving distance.)

Like I said 5/5 stars for a 2/5 star motel--much better than the usual 2/5s.

Last minute booking. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice little buffet and good location. I will stay here again.

Just stayed here for my kids football trip this weekend
Very family friendly, understanding, and just overall a great environment for families. Our kids were not the best bunch either but they were nothing great to us and showed outstanding character. Especially the black lady at the counter she was awesome I love it there. I highly recommend this hotel

The room is clean and nice. There are complete appliances: microwave, ref, coffee maker and iron. That was perfect! Besides, there is free breakfast. The staff is really friendly. I love this place.

I'm on the road from NY to AZ and I stopped here. Great for the price and friendly. I felt like my car was safe overnight. Room was very clean and the AC was on a comfortable setting. Got a AAA discount too!

Great hotel. Clean beds, free breakfast, 24 hour check-in and close to the airport. Best prices in the area. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic for a cheap hotel. Free Breakfast from 6am to 9am.
