I enjoy this store a lot, and the people who work here.
I my order didn't run as smoothly as it possibly could be, and it is my fault. I didn't update my Carters Profile Account for them to contact me.

Tim and Bree are fantastic and patient workers. I appreciate all the help that they have been with my package going all the way to WA.

Tim gave me a lot of needed information which helped tremendously. Bree helped me this morning with my tracking # and the details of the package. I am satisfied.

The store is clean, quite organized, tim is on top of his customer service game. I like the fact that I was present for an altercation. Tim and the other woman working along side took well care of the frustrated customer and did everything in their power to help her.

I rarely leave 5 stars for my reviews.

I had no idea that this place existed! It's awesome! Everything in the store was 50% off, and some things were 60% off! And the sales lady was courteous and helpful but not overbearing! I bought 4 outfits for my granddaughter for $32!! I love this place!

The staff is aways nice, pleasant and helpful at this location, i love this store. If you can't find what you need they will order it and ship it to your home.

Love their clothes. Kind of pricey for baby items, though.
