Mackinaw Parasailing, Mackinac Island

We had a blast today parasailing with these guys. They were friendly, kind, and super safety oriented. We had a group of 5 that were going to parasail. After the first 3 went (and had a great time), the wind started to pick up. They very apologetically told us that it was not safe to have the other two people go up. These guys put our safety over their profit. Even though we were a little disappointed, we were so pleased that they put our well being above making more money. We would go back to these guys in a heartbeat. They are super awesome dudes.

Took my family out on the boat here and the crew was great. Captain was wonderful, first mate was wonderful we could not be more satisfied.

This was my second time parasailing with this company and my partner’s first time! We had so much fun! We originally were scheduled to go at 1pm off of Mackinaw Island. However, the weather was rainy. We called to confirm and they were so helpful and told us that they could probably give us the ride still, before it rained. As soon as they got to the island, it started to downpour and we couldn’t go! They were quick to help and explain the situation and why they couldn’t take us out! They also asked where we would be leaving from the next day, and we told them Mackinaw City. Then they rescheduled us for the next day out of there. The weather was great and the parasailing ride was awesome! Great views and super fun! I’d tell everyone to try this out! The captain was very friendly and helpful, and Jordan was great! Get in the air with them! You’ll love it!

These guys were outstanding. Captain Jim and Colten are great. It was too windy the day that we went to have a triple flight, but the guys took the extra time to make sure everyone got to parasail. It was such a great experience and we couldn't have had a better time! We also did the power boats the day before and Captain Joe did an awesome job. Gave us great information about the area and an exciting ride.

The crew was amazing! I had it done a long time back. The view of the bridge and the Great Lakes is unparallel! One of my best parasailing ever!

OMG! Captain Ty and Colton were so much fun! This was our very first time parasailing and we definitely want to go again! They put any fears or doubts we may have had at ease! You may just see us again next year! May even fill the boat with more newbies! 😉 Thank you so much!

I loved the ride, but if you get the video, it doesn't last the whole duration of the ride, so we didn't get as much as we thought we would from that

Horrible experience. Something happened when we were in the air with our boat and rope. So we paid 150 for 8 min in the air had no idea what was going on tell we got down and the rest of our group told us how scary it was !! Then they took us back to switch boats took our other friends out on the boat well we had to wait a hour for them to come back we paid to get the experience together and me and my husband had a horrible horrible horrible experience. Not worth the money forsure. But I will say the young man that was sitting at the table and helping everyone was AMAZING! His costumer service skills were so good it was hard to be mad at him (it wasn’t his fault it was the company’s)

Booked a time at 1pm the day before. They called and canceled at 10am saying they wouldn't be running off the island. Really didn't seem to care about canceling on us. Didn't try to make any offer to curb the additional cost of the ferry. Bad people to give money to.
