I frantically started researching pest control companies after discovering that a large yellow jacket colony had made a nest in my wall. I called Pest X based on their positive reviews and I am so thankful I did! Louie responded to my inquiry within minutes and I instantly felt better about the situation after speaking with him. They quickly got me on their schedule and less than 24 hours after I called the yellow jackets were no longer sharing my home :)

The techs Lou and Eric were professional, kind and very thorough throughout the entire process, from estimates to explaining the game plan to applications. They gave me tips on how to prevent future issues and the pricing was incredibly reasonable. Louie (the owner) made sure to emphasize that he guarantees his work, even telling me to call his cell over the weekend if I notice any issues and he’ll come out free of charge! Wow! I’m so impressed that I inquired about their other services and decided to do seasonal pest control because I absolutely want to support a stand-up company like this!

Louie was very good at his job! After first treatment I have had no bites! Its been great sleeping again. Its safe and highly effective. I am very pleased and recommend this company.

Its been over 2 months since our service and we are happy to say we have been wasp free since! We had nests in our walls and couldn't even use our back porch unless it was the winter, we would get attacked! We are very happy and thank you again for your excellent work!

I want to say thank you to the professional at Pest- X Michigan. I had a bed bug issue that would not go away. I hired a local well known company and they could not solve my problem. I spoke to the owner at pest-x , he had met with me, designed a program and got rid of my bug problem. Again thank you so much !
