The Rustic Bluebird Almont

My first visit to this boutique cafe. It has a cool vibe and all I tried was the New Yorker deli sandwich. The sandwich was very tasty, but made for someone that can unhinge their jaw. Way too much meat in it. I will be back and try other items and revisit the 4 stars. Definitely worth a stop and return. Eat local!

Have returned several times and have not been disappointed with the food. Great grilled sandwiches! I have updated my review to 5 stars because they are consistently very good.

Ordered barbecue Mac and cheese for delivery. I was told it was going to be about 45 minutes.They showed up in less than twenty. The girl who took my order was very polite as was the delivery driver. And this is probably the best barbecue mac and cheese I've had in a long time.

Stopped in for the first time and ordered carry out, bought some root beer and BBQ sauce and dessert to go. All I can say is WOW - staff was great, sandwiches were amazing, and I can’t wait to come back and try something else next time. I only wish there was one in my own hometown!

We arrived just after they opened and they were already working hard with phone-in orders. We got the Rustic Reuben on Rustic White and a Mocha iced coffee drink. The sandwich was AMAZING! If you don't eat a LOT, plan on having only 1/2 a sandwich and the other 1/2 for leftovers.
The iced Mocha was pretty but honestly we were disappointed in it. There was no coffee flavor at all. It was a nice iced chocolate milk, but not even a hint of coffee.

I got a half order of the chicken salad and a cup of the pasta fagoli soup tonight. It was my first time trying this restaurant and i will be returning! Both things i ordered were very good and portion size was perfect. Online ordering is a huge bonus and is very easy to use. I am happy i noticed the hours changed, before it was not open late enough for me to get dinner but now i will come here frequently. Being able to have delivery is a great option also, especially living somewhere where there are almost zero options for delivery.

First time trying the Rustic Bluebird and was not disappointed! A great local spot and also has various menu items that are vegetarian/vegan. I ordered the warm veggie bowl and it was delicious. They also have cold brew and pre-made cold lattes you can get for a quick on the go drink! The menu options are surprisingly affordable, especially for the food and large portions you receive. The service was also very friendly! Can’t wait to stop back in again soon.

Great local restaurant with an awesome selection of sandwiches - they catered a bridal shower my wife and I attended and we loved the sandwich spread they provided. Staff are friendly and give great recommendations. Atmosphere is awesome too.

The menu is amazing. I'm going to have to come back so many times to try everything! The sandwiches are delicious and very large portion sizes. I love that you can get a half sandwich of most items on the menu. The cubinator and rustic club were awesome 😋 Definitely going to be a regular lunch spot for us 😍.

Great food. I ordered the cubinator w/ truffle fries. Hubby had the Nola shrimp bowl and my daughter got the club kids sandwich. We also had a slice of the chocolate peanut butter cake. It was delish!! Friendly staff as well. 10/10 from us. Highly recommend!

I love the rustic bluebird! Definitely has become one of my favorite places to eat, I’m especially happy about their new hours! My favorite thing there so far is the rustic club, it’s huge, fresh & amazing.

My work takes me all across the state, and this is the best sandwich shop I've found! They are so delicious, and they don't skimp! My turkey Reuben is always stacked with meat!

Picked up online order. Sandwich called the cubinator and bowl of turkey pot pie soup. This is a very large amount of food, especially for the price.

The shop is so cute. They have a beautiful holiday tree in the window, every holiday it is beautifully decorated in the current holiday theme and adds such charm to the shop! I love to see it when I drive through downtown Almont.
After speaking to the owner just once, it was evident she cares about her customers and the food she's serving. She wants to know that her customers are happy. They also carry tasty desserts to choose from as well. ❤

The food is top notch I can't say anything about atmosphere it was delivery. That was quick.

Stopped here on the way up to the thumb. Food was excellent! Portions are huge and they got our order ready in about 5 minutes. The BBQ and California bowls were excellent and hint hint....you can order half sizes!

Rustic Bluebird is so good. I decided I should try it after hearing so many of my friends and neighbors raving about it. And all they said is true. The food is mouthwatering good. The portions are double what you can eat. The options are wonderful and eclectic. They are not what every other restaurant serves and have great options for people on crazy diets that would find it hard to eat out. I can't say enough good about them. And one more thing, thier Club Mac and Cheese is incredible, almost addictive.

The best catering and food you will ever have. Courtney is a dream to work will. Kind, knowledgeable and professional. Food is continually outstanding.

Ive heard great things about this place & just ordered lunch from here. It was delicious & service was super great! I was impressed with the size of the sandwiches...wow! And so fresh & tasty. Very unique goodies inside & the menu is fabulous! I will be back again! 😊
