Really enjoyed my walk today in the new park. It's pretty flat, so good for all ages. I hope to go back someday and see the Bald Eagle in its nest and really hope people don't try to get to close and ruin its home.

This 355 acre gem completes the public, coastal corridor between PJ Hoffmaster State Park in Muskegon and the Grand River. Kudos to Ottawa County Parks and the Land Conservancy of West Michigan for protecting this beautiful piece of property, forever.

Beautiful trails! Bald eagle nest right near the trail around the lake. Parking is limited at the trail head.

Sometimes all it takes is a walk around the lake.

The trails are a mix of sand and packed gravel. Very open views. Fishing is catch and release, no live bait.

We saw a bald eagles nest and a hog nose snack. Beautiful lake. Some beer cans

Good place for a hike around a beautiful clean lake, only downside is they allow fishing, catch and release only.
