Shax was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service regarding a phone battery issue. We are thankful and will be sure to use Grand Haven iCare Repair again if needed in the future.

We were pleasantly surprised when they told us we only needed a new screen protector for my girlfriend's cracked Samsung S10 phone. The gentleman was very nice and helpful. Fast service. I recommend checking this place out!

I need to have the usb port replaced on my cell phone. The technician clearly explained the repair process, cost, and time required for the repair. The repair was made on time, and for the estimated cost.

Daniel helped me today with a charge port I was having issues with
I was fully prepared to pay for a replacement when I went in there.
He explained it could just need a cleaning and there was no fee for it.
He was super social and friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable.
Turns out a clean in was all it needed!
He could have absolutely got me for a new charger but his and the companies integrity saved me some cash.

I'm very pleased with the service and customer service I received here.
My son was home for the summer and had been using my laptop for most of the summer, after he left back to college I notice my computer was not connecting to the home wifi. I even tried to connect to other outside free wifi and it was not picking them up.

So I researched online and found ICARE it was on my way home from work, so I stopped in after work and the customer service I received was top notch, they were helpful, knowledgeable and understanding.
They kept my laptop over night and the next day They advised me it was fixed. they charged me a ridicules low fee, which was icing on the cake. I very happy would recommend them to everyone.

I shattered my screen on my iPhone 11 and walked in to get it done and Shax had my phone ready to go for me in about 30 minutes. Super friendly, fast. Most definitely would recommend if you are in need of getting your phone fixed literally asap this is the place to go

I have owed these guys a review to reflect how great service was on two separate occasions recently. I could not have been happier with the friendly service and quality care. In one case they went so far as to suggest that I could get the repair of a notebook computer done by Apple cheaper even looking it up. But they had done such a great job on a tablet a week or so earlier that I felt it was more than worth it to have the same great care on my notebook computer. When you get this kind of great service and they are local and convenient I don't know about you but I consider myself lucky to have a convenient local resource. I even stopped back at a time with both tablet and notebook where I had something additional I wanted them to look (note they weren't getting paid anything more) and they were pros with the kind of customer service you hope for but is a bit harder to find these days. Thanks guys you deserved this review sooner.

Absolutely THE BEST service and the staff is beyond amazing. Daniel was absolutely awesome and his amazing dedication to customer service was top notch! If you need top quality service, look no further than here! The manager Cole was even great, amazing customer service driven attitude that to me makes this business the absolute best. Our iPhone screen was severely shattered, and iCare replaced it in about an hour at a reasonable price. They gave us confidence by making sure nothing was damaged internally in the phone before replacing the screen and charging us, and sure enough, the phone is now working as good as new. We are very happy!

I went in with a kindle problem, but when I attempted to show the owner the problem, it had fixed itself! But the owner was so kind and patient with me. He checked a few things over and no charge. I will definitely go back there with my next computer or phone problem.
