Jack Roossien, MD

Best family MD in West Michigan. We've been with him and his office since the mid 90s. He's a thorough doctor and takes his time with his patients. Dr. Roossien isn't the kind of doc to have one hand on the door knob while talking to you. In the past few years his daughter Lindsay came on as his P.A, and she too has her father's ethics and bedside manner. Our family is truly blessed to have such an excellent family physician.

We have been blessed with the excellent care that we have had at this office. My grandparents, my mother, myself and our grandchildren have all been very happy with Dr. Roossien and his office staff. I highly recommend him.

We are impressed with the time and attention Lindsay gives to us at every appointment

We have always like Dr Roosien and the new staff seems great as well. However, the office logistics are horrifying. No one answers the phone until you've been on hold for 20-30 minutes, appointments don't get taken properly, and paperwork doesn't get sent out without 2nd or 3rd follow ups. After the office says they are going to call in a prescription, it's common for us to find nothing was sent to the pharmacy 2-3 days later.

I don’t understand how new patients have to fill out a basic form and wait 2 weeks to get notified if there’s even a chance of being taken . Great customer service !
