He's been my Dr for 12yrs now and i wouldn't go anywhere else.

My wife has been trying to get hold of the office and nobody answers a phone now days. The service in this office has really gotten bad ever since they joined Spectrum. After my wife is on hold for so long, she gets cut off. This office used to be more efficient before Spectrum and less people there.

No compassion or understanding for anxiety; “People with anxiety self medicate with drugs and alcohol and become addicts.” “Prescription anti-anxiety medication is just prescription alcohol.”

It should be noted that I don’t drink at all and have only used a small amount of marijuana in high school and that wasn’t for anxiety. He didn’t even bother to ask me this until after he made the assumption that I must drink and use drugs. It should also be noted that I was asking for anxiety medication for travel anxiety, not daily anxiety.

He is also a terrible listener and doesn’t follow through with what was discussed at your visit. I had to repeat myself several times during my visit concerning multiple topics. Even though he finally agreed to give me something for my travel anxiety he did not call in the prescription. It then took several day, refusals and conversations to finally get some medication.
