My car sustained damage from someone backing into it in a parking lot. The owner of Automotive Authority, where I have my cars serviced, recommended Dotten Collision. Vince did an excellent job repairing my car and returning it to me looking like new, inside and out! Great company to work with. I highly recommend Dotten Collision!!

The friendliest and most cheerful guy I've ever heard answer a phone! In person, he was exactly the same. I've dealt with this shop twice now, and after many many price comparisons, they had the best price both times. The work was professionally done, with no surprise additions to their quote, and was completed exactly when they said it would be. I was totally happy and very satisfied. My hope, of course, is never to need their autobody work again, but gosh I'm glad they're there if I ever do!

Vince was so helpful and incredibly kind.
He replaced my rear brake light and did it within 10 minutes. He also gave me a free car wash and some free swag that was actually useful for my car. Vince and the team were fast, easy to communicate with and kind.

I hit a big deer at 50 mph with my 2020 Ram. It took out most of the left side of my truck, from the headlight to the rear bumper. Dotten got it fixed and looking like brand new faster than any other shops around town could even get me in for an estimate. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Several years ago they also did a great job of fixing my old Ram ( much less damage that time ). Although I hope to never need to go there again, I highly recommend them.

Vince will not let you walk out the door without all of your needs being met. They got my paint job done and in faster time than they quoted. I definitely recommend this body shop.

I will be recommending Dotten Collision to all my friends and family. I needed to get a door replaced on an older Honda Civic. Vince (the owner) was very nice and communicated clearly to me what I should expect the cost to be based on various options.

After getting and installing the replacement door, Vince informed me that I had gotten lucky and the electrical components (power windows, etc.) on the door were a match with my vehicle, which saved me several hundred dollars. He could have easily never told me this and pocketed the extra money. Very honest.

He also installed the door very quickly and the end result was excellent. If you're looking for a place to get collision repairs, I don't think you could do better than this place.

The repairs were done on time as promised, the car it looks like nothing ever happened, the paint matching was exceptional. I know where I was hit and as I look at the repair from up close, I cannot tell the difference between the old and new paint as it was matched and blended perfectly. Not an easy task with metallic paint.

The owner Vince has a friendly demeanor in addition to turning out quality work. He also had an arrangement with Hertz rental where you can get a car for $25.00 per day.

Stopped by today and they took care of my bumper that popped out of place. Super nice people and the inside office is in great shape which shows they care. I've been to three shops in the area and this is by far the best of them! Don't hesitate to give these great people your business.

First of all, Vince is simply the best. He's all about making the "repair" experience as least painful as possible. Because I have an older vehicle, we thought the insurance company would total the vehicle (the back panel was crunched in the accident). Vince worked with the insurance company, and because of his efforts, we were able to get it fixed with the insurance covering the cost. When we got the vehicle back, we remarked what a wonderful job these guys did. Thanks Vince and crew! If you need to have body work done on your vehicle, I would highly recommend Dotten Collision Inc.
