We called on a Saturday because our AC was leaking; Tanner was knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. He came out to the house quickly, he was on-time, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very reasonably priced too, we were amazed! Half the price of an emergency call from bigger companies in GR. Will definitely be calling them again for future heating and cooling needs!

We have used Kroll furnace and AC multiple times and at different houses. Their customer service is impeccable. They know their stuff and we really trust them to keep our systems running top notch.

Incredible response time and service in the midst of a Christmas Eve blizzard! Marty called me back within about 30 minutes after I originally called, called me back another 30 minutes later, and was at my house ten minutes later, all this while continuously getting text messages about others having issues. A great attitude, funny, and so helpful! He diagnosed and replaced my bad blower motor in less than an hour. What a great guy! This is my first time owning a home in 13 years (just bought house in June 2022), and Kroll Furnace in Hudsonville now has another lifelong customer! Special thanks to Marty AND his wife! To Marty for everything mentioned above, and to his wife for obviously being the kind of spouse who understands and supports Marty’s desire and need to help others, especially in dire times! Very happy with Kroll Furnace. The service technicians were all very friendly and honest, and took the time to explain everything to me when my previous furnace quit. They were able to do a complete replacement of my furnace within a few days, and even left several space heaters for us to use until they could make it back. The installers were fast and efficient, and respectful of my home. After the install, they filed my paperwork for me for a rebate as well. Highly recommend Kroll.

Highly recommend Kroll! Had multiple quotes for AC installation and not only did they have competitive pricing but Mitch gave the best impression. Installation was very clean and they even fixed some things for me that weren't up to code and even took out my old humidifier that wasn't being used and patched that all up. Will definitely be going back for any HVAC needs.

Kroll did a great job installing a new furnace. Matt was excellent at explaining and walking me through the issues with my old furnace. Mitch had me set up with a new unit and installed the very next day! He also corrected my non-working humidifier, upgraded the air filter box and cleaned my ac unit! Thank you!

Phenomenal service! Was on a conference call today and noticed it was getting chilly in the house. Nest thermostats thought I was away so I turned them back on. Noticed quite some time later it wasn’t getting any warmer. Furnace wasn’t fully turning on. Wife called Kroll and Matt was in our driveway 20 minutes later! He within a few minutes diagnosed a faulty pressure switch, replaced it, and the furnace was operating again. Matt was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and courteous. Will absolutely be calling on Kroll for future needs, including when it comes time to replace our HVAC system (which at 20 years old should be soon).

I found positive feedback about Kroll Furnace on the local Facebook group after finding out a family member's furnace stopped working during an evening. I am not local but was able to arrange for after hours service and the repair was made. Great, friendly service (both Mitch & Marty) and the price was reasonable. I'd use them again & recommend Kroll based on our experience.

Our furnace wouldn't light on a Saturday morning, the on call tech came out and found our heat exchanger was rotted out! First thing Monday they came out and explained our options. We ended getting a new unit and they came out Wednesday morning and were done by noon so we got a new furnace in less then a week. Everyone was very friendly and the new install looks great!

Kroll installed a new furnace for us in 2014, so we had them quote us for new AC unit. Great service with the most competitive price. They said they needed a 1/2 day to complete, ended up getting it done in 3 hours and blowing cold air! Super nice technicians who seemed very knowledgeable. Great product with great warranty on parts and labor. Give them a shot for your next heating and cooling project, you wont be disappointed. My parents have also used them for multiple projects and were the ones who recommended them to us and have been nothing but pleased.

I am absolutely astounded by the level of service and care that I received from Kroll! I called because I had no heat and it was single digits outside. They said they'd send someone out right away. I didn't realize how quickly they'd arrive. By the time I had gotten geared up to blow the driveway for them, the technician was already at my door.

After an hour or so of checking things over, he gave me the bad news. The furnace was dead. He explained very thoroughly the problem (bad heat exchanger) and my options. Due to the age of the furnace (18 years) and time and materials it would take to repair, I decided to just replace it. It could have taken weeks to get the part required and it would have cost more than it's worth to try and eek out a couple more years on an already tired furnace.

They were able to pull some strings and get someone out to quote me within 30 minutes. After discussing it with my friend who is an HVAC technician, he said the quote was less than what he'd imagine and it was the correct course of action. Again, they said they would be able to shuffle some things around to be able to get it installed the next day, otherwise it could have gone into the next week, and it wasn't getting any warmer outside. Upon hearing that I had purchased several space heaters to try and stay warm, the salesman said to return them. He went back to the office and came back with 4 loaners, which were enough to keep our home toasty overnight.

The installers were also very professional, kind and extremely thorough in explaining how the new furnace works, and what preventive maintenance I should do to keep it running it's best. You can tell they put in extra time and care and did a very neat job.

This is one of those times where you don't have a lot of options or time to shop around, and I'm extremely happy I chose Kroll. At every point in the process I was given options that were thoroughly explained to me, treated very kind and they went out of there way in so many ways to make sure I wouldn't freeze. I will definitely be using them for all future repairs!

Called Kroll after waking up one winter morning with a furnace that only blew cold air (and it was in the teens outside). The office staff was friendly and helpful and the technician was at our door in less than two hours from the time I called. The technician explained everything he checked out and what he had fixed, and he was very professional. Kroll was fantastic for our same day service call request and I'd definitely recommend them based on my experience.

We first called Kroll Furnace in mid-June 2017 when our air conditioning unit stopped functioning on a Friday evening. I called Kroll and within an hour Mitch was at our house. He discovered a bad capacitor in the A/C unit, had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes after arriving and the charge was very reasonable, especially for an after hours service call.

Due to the age of our home we decided to replace the furnace and A/C later in July. We called Kroll and received a very competitive quote. Kroll installed our new HVAC system in late July and we were very pleased with their service. Their installation team was very informative, freindly and professional. A very speedy installation with no mess at all! We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Kroll and we would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I gave Kroll a call Sunday morning after our heat gave out in the night. The tech, Marty, was there was at my house within a few hours actually earlier than anticipated and got our heat back on in about 30 min. With the service they provided I will definitely be using them for future repairs and maintenance

Mitch came out as we were switching from LP to NG. I called three other company's that said I would need to replace water heater but not Kroll. They looked up the part, got it in and saved us at least $3500. They are honest! My nbr needed the same thing, I referred Mitch and now have a local plumber I will call from now on. Honesty and integrity are hard to come by. Thanks!!

We've been using Kroll Furnace for about 7 years for all HVAC needs (new furnace/AC, annual maintenance, no heat/no cold emergencies, etc.). We've been very pleased with them every time. They've been quick to come out when we needed them (same day), and very flexible when it was not urgent. Their technicians are all very courteous and knowledgeable, and have always given a fair/accurate estimate when requested. I guess it says a lot that I don't call anyone else when we need heat or AC service.

As usual, superb service and installation! We needed the furnace and AC replaced and they were thorough and efficient with the installation. The quote was complete, and explained well, without any push to buy. We've been calling on Kroll for nearly 30 years - never a complaint!

Excellent! Lawrence came to do a routine service call on our 15 yr old AC. Friendly and efficient. Took the time to explain what he was doing. Needed a part ordered. Came back next day to install. Would recommend!
