Had a problem with my water system at the Eaton Village Store. CP was able to come down and correct the problem in a very quick manner. I very much enjoy working with CPS and his company.

Lost water at my house due to pump failing. Cp was able to repair the water system quickly with professional care. Highly recommend this company to all my family and friends

I called on Thursday afternoon for help with my water heater. CP called me back on Friday morning. A good sign, or so I thought. He said he would try to make it over that afternoon, but if not, then first thing Monday. Monday morning came and went without any contact. I sent him a text, and he replied he was trying to get to me. Tuesday came, and still no CP. I sent him another text, to which he replied he would be at my house right after looking at a job in Wakefield. I cancelled my plans for Tuesday, and waited. And... he was a no-show on Tuesday as well. Needless to say, he is fired!

In installation of a Rinnai, it was incorrectly done. I paid extra to have it hooked up correctly!!

My experience:
After his employee installed the unit, I was told to call propane company and they hook it up (so I’d have it set for the winter).
I paid CP quickly afterwards thinking I’m almost set.
It was already December, cold, and I was worried.

I called for propane company , they came and said it not done correctly and made a list of things which were not done. (Afraid it would not be hooked up in time)- the propane company did the work and I paid them! Thinking CP’s employee will learn how to install the next unit correctly and reimburse me the $240 I paid for everything to be corrected.

In talking to CP , his response was unacceptable. Then, he accused me that it was my fault. I listen to HIS complaint. Said I’d send him the bill which had written all the issue concerning the company and what I paid them

No response from CP. No reimbursement for me. Sadly, the opportunity for all to learn was lost -for his employee and I learn not to use CP!

Fraud family owned and run business. They pretend to be professional but beware. I waited weeks then was told to look elsewhere at the last minute, because Charles and his sons could not perform the job as promised. They lie and lie. Then lie some more. The owner has a lil man syndrome and can't handle a job. This guy doesn't have a clue what he is doing. He put my tenants in danger when they were without heat for weeks right before winter. I had broken frozen pipes leaking while he dragged me on and on, promising to come but never did. This guy should be in jail for fraud. Read up online about him, before you give him a chance. He is a real scum bucket. See screen shot. He made false promises then didn't even have courtesy to call me.
