AutoZone Auto Parts

I went into AutoZone today for a headlight. I couldn't figure out how to remove the old one and replace it. However a woman named Nicole was very kind and helpful and offered to go out and show me how to remove it and replace. I would recommend AutoZone to any of my friends.

Isakk the sales manager was very knowledgeable about the parts we asked about as well as the vehicle issues we were having. He gave very thorough advice and a great list of solutions to try! Very nice and personable!! This is why we always choose Autozone.

Today, as I walked into Autozone, I was greeted by a gentleman named Dakota. He helped me find the parts I needed and was very helpful. He knew his stuff on vehicles and knew exactly what I needed to get the job done right. Even while he was helping me, he made sure the new employee was doing ok. I thought he was very polite and such a great team member at AutoZone. This type of service as a customer is what is going to keep me coming back. So thank you, AutoZone, and thank you, Dakota, for your help today.

I want to give a shout out to the workers at autozone . I am very grateful for them for taking out and putting a new battery in when O'Reilly said they couldn't due to where it was. I am definitely shopping here and I have been telling my friends about how great autozone is. Thanks again!!

I stopped in to get a few things for my truck. Matt who was helping this location from Nebraska saw me and immediately offered his assistance. My truck had an aftermarket air filter and I wasn't sure the size. Matt immediately grabbed a tape measure and headed out to my truck to get the size of it. We came back into the store and found that brand that was on the truck was out of stock but there was a different brand that looked like it would fit. Matt again grabbed a screwdriver and went out to my truck to pull the old one out and see if the new would fit and it did. This was the best service I have had in quite some time anywhere. It was refreshing to see in the times we are in. I then needed some other maintenance items including a battery. Matt grabbed all the items I needed and offered to help me carry my purchase out to the truck. When I got to my truck I went to start it and the battery was dead. I walked back into the store to tell Matt and he immediately grabbed the tools needed to pull out my old battery and put the new one in. Again I couldn't believe the service given by him. This could have been a bad situation for me had I gone anywhere else. So grateful I went to Autozone and left there feeling like someone truly cared. Amazing Service!

Came in with an issue, wasn't sure if it was battery or alternator. They were able quickly test it and replace the battery. Wonderful!
