The technician, Brian, was a lifesaver for our company today! He came into the funeral home, (which is not always the most comfortable atmosphere for someone who doesn't work regularly in that environment), was pleasant, professional, and very efficient. He's definitely an asset to this company and the overall experience was positive from the first call with the office to the end. The price was also very fair and affordable for an urgent service!

Extremely satisfied! Scheduling was simple. They called ahead of time with an approximate arrival. The tech was highly knowledgeable and upfront with his assessment and recommendation. Our home was functioning without issue but the completed work now gives us peace of mind :-)

What a great company. This is the second time we've used them (different issues) and the experience was great. We called at 9pm on a Friday and they were out within an hour. Fixed the problem and gave a 30 day guarantee. Peter was very nice and professional. I can't imagine using another plumber
