We want to replace our HWH and called PSEG and they connected us with Guarini to provide the estimate/installation. Diego came promptly on 1/30/24 to provide a more detailed estimate, and he was incredibly thorough (testing water pressure and checking chimney venting). He provided info in laymen terms and handed me the written estimate. A different company provided an ballpark estimate on 1/29 but didn't do those tests, so we didn't have an accurate idea of the estimate add-ons that they would've stumbled upon. I'm reaching out to Guarini for a revised estimate to change from gas to electric HWH. Like that they have qualified staff on the phone, scheduling, etc. Very happy with Guarini customer service.

I was issued a red tag violation from PSEG. I contacted Guarni Plumbing and they scheduled me for the following day. They resolved my issue. They are professional, licensed and Insured.

March 8 will had the 1st floor bathroom shower plate develop a leak and potential basement apt damage. Technicians Fred and T.J. arrived early, using CoVid-19 protocols and safety. They worked out a method where they did not need to break any wall or shower enclosure. This saved time and money. They replaced a 30 yr old Moen system will a diverter plate and newer Delta system, with updated code specs. Fred and T.J. were done in about 2 hours time, leaving the bathroom clean and usable. Job well done.

I recently had my water heater replaced by this company. By the way, this is my third time using them for a water heater replacement.

My installers for the day were Ervin and Jeff. These guys were professional and they worked together as a team and did an excellent job. They completed the job in a timely manner and moved on to their next appointment.

I initially asked a lot of questions before scheduling the appointment. The reason for all the questions is because it had been a number of years since I needed a water heater replaced.

I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality of work hadn't change throughout all the years with the company. Therefore, I have to strongly recommend this family owned company to anyone requiring their services.

Shout out to Guarini Plumbing for the outstanding service I received today! I called this morning to have our heater serviced and the lovely Janet Siguenza got back to me right away. I was able to schedule an appointment for this afternoon and received a confirmation email immediately. I also got a call to let me know that the crew was on their way (on time!), they were professional and friendly, and did a great job. And the price was reasonable. My water heater conked out on July 3rd (I guess it wanted its independence early). I contacted PSE&G Worryfree and we scheduled my replacement for July 5th with Guarini Plumbing & Heating. The two technicians, Filipe and Fernando, arrived on time. They assessed the situation and explained what needed to be done to bring the gas, vent, and water connections up to code. Around an hour and a half or so they had completed their work. Filipe and Fernando were polite, cleaned as they worked, and answered all my questions. A highly recommended team! Thanks guys.

If you want an honest professional plumber who knows what he’s doing , call Guarini Plumbing! Steven M. came and not only fixed my issue but also pointed out something else that needed to be fixed and helped from something catastrophic happening ! Excellent service with such kindness and professionalism with that old school personable touch ! I give Guarini 5 Stars all the way !

They were so organized, efficient and knowledgeable. They explained everything thoroughly. Worked cleaning and brought us up to code with the new installation of our new water heater. They are pros in every sense of the word, and we are so very grateful for their help and service. Thank you!

We’re very professional, especially after a long day. They finished at 10 pm and had to work 7 am the next day. We now have hot water which is all we needed. Would highly recommend this company

Roy and Nick, two of the plumbers from Guarini, were able to come a day earlier than expected to fix a gas leak. They were both professional, courteous and overall nice guys. Reasonable prices too. Would absolutely use their services again!

Service was awesome. We had a water heater repaired and the team that did the work was polite and very skilled. They did the job quickly and cleaned up when they were done. I definitely recommend and would use them again.

Needed an emergency water heater replacement and was very pleased with the service provided by this company. We noticed the leak around 5:30am, was on the phone with this company at 7:30am and had a newly installed water heater by noon. Ervin & Luis came to my home and were extremely respectful, professional and efficient. They patiently answered every question and made suggestions for avoiding a similar disaster. We will definitely use this company again.

I recommend Guarini Plumbing very highly for all your plumbing needs. I have worked with these folks for 20 years on jobs that include indoor plumbing repairs, jetting and snaking drain lines, and outdoor excavation for water and sewage lines. The staff in the office is courteous and accommodating and communication is very good. Their plumbers, excavators and helpers are all very professional, polite and conscientious. I have been using Guarini plumbing for years ever since I moved to Jersey City. I just had an appointment with Freddy. He fixed our leaky toilet and replaced a broken faucet. He is great, fast, and friendly. Highly Recommended.
