I rarely do Google reviews, but this one is absolutely necessary because I am very pleased with the service that I received from Hector Perez who is the technician that Zoom Drain sent to my house. From the very beginning, Hector was extremely professional, and went above and beyond to rectify the Major plumbing issues we were having in our home. I highly recommend Zoom Drain for your major plumbing issues. Everyone from Hector and all the staff in the home office were extremely helpful and there were constant communication from the very beginning all the way to the end.

I am so incredibly pleased with the service we received from Zoom drain. Not only did we get incredible service when we first called with exactly what to expect. We also received a text message with the photo of who would be servicing us. We received constant updates on the problem and cost and how to prevent this in the future. Very happy with our service today!

I called Zoom Drain with an emergency
at my restaurant. My grease trap was clogged. The plumber they sent was very professional and very knowledgeable concerning the situation I had to deal with. I was satisfied with the work. I will recommend them. Hector and Luis where great.

Zoom Drain was great; Hector Suarez and his crew were professional and responsive. My plumber recommended this company because I needed immediate help due to a sewer line clog and back up and did not know who to call. They came the same day I called; figured out what needed to be done and returned the next day to complete the job which required a lot of digging and repair work. All was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain and Hector is the man!

The technician Joel, arrived on time. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything as he worked to clear the drain and showed me the interior of the drain on his camera.
I was extremely impressed with Zoom Drain when I received a text message with Joel's ID photo, informing me that he was on the way.

The person that came was prompt, friendly, knew what he was doing, explained to me what he had to do, took the time to take photos of the drain while putting 50’ of hose into the pipe, to come to the conclusion that the roots of the tree were sticking to all the joints of the pipe. This has been a recurring issue which I feel is the responsibility of the town. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are true experts in their field!

Joel was our plumber with Zoom Drain. He assessed the drainage issue and used a jetter plus lots of elbow grease to fix our drain. He also improved the flow of water to the street. The service was superior and I would highly recommend Joel and Zoom Drain!! Their customer service was excellent and Joel fixed a major problem very efficiently.

I want to make this review about one of the employees at the company. Hector didn’t shy away from doing what other plumbers said they couldn’t do. He went above and beyond what normally should’ve been done, and I recommend this individual highly for any job as his mentality is to try everything before we give up.

Joel was our technician and went above and beyond for us. His work was very thorough and he was transparent with us throughout the process. He was very respectful and clean as well, highly recommend his services.

Excellent from the time you called them to the minute they completed the service. Zoom Drain has extremely professional and high tech customer support staff and drain cleaning systems. Yousaf the plumbing tech, showed up on time and got to work right away. He assessed and explained the situation and broke down costs and options available. He was easy going, professional and quickly came up solutions once our sewer pipe disintegrated while he was cutting it. The real time sewer cam showed how gunky the sewer line was and why it needed professional cleaning. Great overall experience from this expert professional company. Would definitely recommend!

Rafael Sanchez and his partner David were absolutely phenomenal! They identified the problem and provided recommendations to solve the sewer cloggage issue. They also cleaned up after they left. For the past 2 months, I dealt with a few plumbing companies which shall be nameless, that were not prepared with the necessary equipment in their trucks, put little effect into solving my problem and/or tried to sell me on a bag of good that could potentially cause more harm than good down the line. Good Tidings which is another amazing company referred me to Zoom Drain and Im happy they did!! I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.
