Got our fireplace from White Mountain Stove Shop a few years ago...still warming up our living room on chilly evenings. Our pups approve 100%!! Great staff to work with and good prices. Great choice of products also.

Bought our pellet stove last winter and had it installed this spring. We have used it every weekend since November and it is great. Tim and the staff are very helpful. The install team was quick, efficient, courteous and very helpful showing me the start-up. I get my pellets from them as well. If you are in the area looking for a pellet or wood stove do not hesitate to stop by you will not be disappointed.

I bought a new woodstove from White Mountain two years ago and I am absolutely pleased with it....and have been from day one. The installation was fast, efficient, and done right the first time. When we moved into a new house in the area we stopped in at White Mt Stove Shop and spoke with Tim. He took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions about particular stoves. We ordered that day. I did the install myself and needing chimney adapters I went back to see Tim. He helped me out with getting everything that I needed to adapt the stove to our chimney. Super nice, knowledgeable, people. The place to go for your woodstove needs!

I couldn’t recommend this business more highly. They installed a gas fireplace for us a did a great job. They helped us choose the right unit, showed up right on schedule, and were quick and clean. They have been super responsive to questions and for service since. If I don’t outlive this insert, I’ll call them again.

Knowledgeable and their installation and chimney sweeps are great guys! I bought two new pellet stoves and we haven't had any issues. Good variety for all budgets. Don't waste your time with Woodman's if you live in the Ossipee and Conway area.

Stopped in to help out customer with old gas Yotel stove. Beyond age of finding replacement parts but we both figured good repair solution. Stove is up and running for heating season

Today we got two chimneys cleaned by Aaron of White Mountain Stove. What a great guy and gave us tremendous service! Probably left the house cleaner than when he came! I can highly recommend the stove shop! We have purchased three pellet stoves and heat the whole house with them!

Easy to work with, efficient, professional. We decided to move the location of our existing wood stove, and get a new liner.... and they made it a breeze - from parts and options, to install and follow-up. So glad we had the stove shop do this project for us

I can't begin to say how pleased I am with Tim and his staff. When I first placed my order I explained that I'm new to the area and didn't have an electrician. No problem said Tim, I'll take care of it..and he did. Aaron & Silas showed up on time and meticulously cleaned the fireplace including the unburnt wood from the night before. They were careful not to make any mess placing drop cloths down and moving the TV so it wouldn't get damaged. The install was quick and they took the time to explain how to use the product (Quadra Fire Mt. Vernon Pellet Insert). It works incredibly..I have a 1000 sq. poorly insulated cottage and we hit 80 degrees inside while it was 17 degrees outside. But most important was when I got home from dinner and the flame was out ( I ran out of pellets) I could not get it started again. It was 8:30 pm on Friday night and I called the cell # on the business card...It was Tim's (the owner). He was so helpful and patient as he spent the next 24 minutes on the phone (after hours on a weekend) he walked me thru the start up process and got us up and running again. Tim and his staff at White Mountain Stove are the reason why shopping the local family owned business is always better than saving a buck or two at the big box store. Thanks again...you guys were great!
