11/10. Cronin Plumbing takes the stress out of plumbing issues. Pat Sr, Pat Jr, Nick, Josh and the entire team are quick to respond, knowledgeable, thorough, honest, reliable and a dream to deal with in every way. We have used them for our condo on a variety of projects from leak investigation and repair to outdoor water faucet replacement and sump pump installation. I have used them personally for a variety of plumbing issues in my unit, and multiple neighbors have had Cronin work on hot water heater replacements. They are our go to! And you know you are in good hands every single time!

I used Cronin to repair some work from a previous plumber who became unresponsive after their recent work began spraying water all over.

Cronin was very responsive and repaired the issue the next day. I also chose to replace my tankless hot water heater/boiler and the team was very knowledgable and professional. They treat your home as if it were theirs. After each job they thoroughly cleaned the area and ensured any materials were properly disposed of.

Highly recommended! From the very first call they were professional and prompt. I was replacing my water heater with a tankless heater, and the two guys who came over were great. They answered all my questions, were professional, pleasant to talk to, and left the place cleaner then when they came. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had getting work done.

They have been extremely responsive to our calls and texts and able to quickly fix or refer us to a specialist, if needed, for the various issues we've had, from leaking toilets to installing water filters. Awesome plumbing and heating company. Patrick came by and was on the phone with Navien for almost an hour. He patiently troubleshooted the issue with my tankless water heater and got the correct part needed. I can tell he clearly possess deep knowledge regarding plumbing and heating. Josh and Asif did the installation and now the system is working perfectly. Nick at the office is very communicative and workers showed on time both times. 100% recommend without reservation. Incredibly honest business. I wish i had found them sooner!

I used Cronin for a faulty valve under my sink. They were very knowledgeable and friendly in evaluating the problem. The work was done on time and with excellent workmanship. I will contact Cronin again if I need a plumber.

I used Cronin to replace a hot water heater. From the scheduling through the installation, they were great. They confirmed the appointment multiple times and kept me posted on the day of service. They guys who installed the heater were professional, and worked very cleanly and quickly. They explained all the information about the new water heater and left my place spotless. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Great company.

It's hard enough to find an available plumber in Hoboken, much less one that's responsive and professional, but I got lucky a few years ago when I bought a condo whose tankless water heater looked like a DIY job by someone who was just guessing, and contacted Cronin. It took them a couple of days to get the mess untangled and working. They worked cheerfully and professionally through it all, and didn't charge me a fortune, even though it was a LOT more work than we expected..

I now call them any time I need plumbing work done (the last time was a couple of days ago--it was a small job this time, so I didn't think they'd want to bother, but they did!). They get back to me right away, give me updates on arrival times, do the necessary work well, and are really pleasant on top of all that.

In short, I highly recommend them!

I am so happy and grateful that someone recommended Cronin Plumbing to me. It's difficult to find good quality craftsmen that, more importantly, you can trust! I initially had Pat service my tankless water heater, and install a whole house water filter system. The job was done perfectly and I could tell by the care, neatness, and attention to detail that these guys were good! Since then I've had Pat come back to install a new multi-piece shower system, and replace a toilet and faucet in one of the bathrooms. Then a minor accident caused a small leak in one of my water pipes. I called Pat and he was here in 30 minutes! What more could I ask for? Each time the crew has been professional, wearing masks during the pandemic, cleaning up after themselves, arriving when they said they would and so on. I highly recommend Cronin plumbing and I am so relieved I never have to worry about finding a good plumber again!

Our boiler broke down and they were very quick and responsive. They helped us diagnose the problem and put a temporary fix in place so we had hot water immediately. From start to finish, Cronin’s reps and technicians were communicative, knowledgeable, frank and courteous. So glad that my internet search for plumbing repair and maintenance brought me to them.

We needed our washing machine hot and cold water valves replaced, kitchen sink waste line replaced and hot water heater serviced. Work was completed in under three hours by two technicians, at a cost which my wife and I found very reasonable.
