Super Tool Automotive is by far head and shoulders above the rest of the automotive shops in the area. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. George, the owner and his crew keep you informed on what your vehicle needs without being pushy. The work they do there is quality work. It's the only place I take my vehicles to now. I highly recommend them! Remember there is strength in quality and you and that's what they'll deliver.

George is a master in his trade ! Superb job ! Trustworthy staff ! Once he works on your vehicle it feels like you are driving a new vehicle. He explains everything to make sure you understand what is going on with your vehicle. Values your safety as if his own family would be driving ! Hands down, the best !

Owner and employees run a hell of a show at this shop. Super-Tool is the best shop in New Jersey. I haven't used their facility yet but very soon I will since I heard from so many people abt them. I am writing this review in advance because George owner spoke to me for 20 minutes give or take after closing time he opened the door and said come inside. This shows that he is willing to put that extra mile with each and every customer out there. I told him twice that Carpro is a cheater and liar. He puts defective/junkyard parts and doesn't put correct amount of oil and doesn't change oil filter that leads to catastrophic engine failure. I want everyone to know this out there. My father had fought him 1 day many years ago. Anyways getting back to Super-Tool-Automotive owner will accommodate you for sure. Either BIG OR SMALL they do it all. Prices are fair and reasonable as always but more importantly they put brand new great quality parts that last much longer. Owner told me whole story abt his customers. I don't trust anyone else except for Super-Tool for all my Automotive needs. Very calm and patient to answer all my questions. Above A1 Service. See you soon for any repairs.

Honestly the BEST experience ever!
They thoroughly explained the repairs my truck needed and informed me of potential safety concerns. After discussing these safety concerns with George and Carlo, I felt reassured that they had my best interest in mind. Unlike other shops they took the time to educate me on what these parts do and how they function. Also, I was very impressed with how clean they keep the shop and office/ waiting area. They really go above and beyond. Based on my experience, the entire crew at Super Tool Automotive takes pride in their work and make you feel like family! Great job and I can’t thank you enough. Cannot say enough positive things about this place. The shop is clean, the quality of work is excellent, and their prices for parts and labor is more than fair (especially in this era of painful inflation). The staff is very friendly and courteous. They always call prior to making any repairs and explain complex automotive issues in layman’s terms.

I have taken 2 of my vehicles to George and the rest of the team at Super Tool Automotive. I have nothing but good things to say about their shop. My wife's 2002 Toyota Highlander had an issue with the knock sensor and I needed it replaced immediately because we were planning on driving that vehicle 420 miles to the Outer Banks the following day. I brought the car in and George even stayed past closing to make sure that the job was finished. I picked up the car that evening and drove it to North Carolina just hours later with zero issues. We were able to enjoy a great vacation. Then I experienced some issues with my 2004 Infiniti G35 and I knew exactly where to take it. It's an older car and a bunch of things needed to be fixed. Again, they took care of everything and the car drives better now than it did when I purchased it 6 years ago. They are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. I highly recommend using Super Tool as the place for all your vehicle's needs!

I get free oil changes on my vehicle at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. They also check the car and recommend service that is needed. The cost for the recommended service was $2,000. Needless to say, I only chose the free oil change and advised the dealership that I was going to take my car to my mechanic; of 20 plus years, at Super Tool. Super Tool informed me that I did not need half of the work that my dealer recommended. I received a very reasonable cost assessment of less than $400 for the needed service on my car. Very happy to have Super Tool Automotive on my side!

First time here and now they have a customer for life! Was having car trouble and was able to bring my truck in same day for diagnostics and provided a quote for repair. Scheduled the appointment and they had my truck back new within a few hours. These guys are amazing with great customer service and Carlo is just the sweetest!

We have a fleet of 10 vehicles, and a mechanic who comes to our outfit once a month to perform the normal calls for brakes, coolant change, plugs, shock change etc... Anything complex than normal, creates a problem for us. Also, I have been looking for a perfect tire maintenance location for years. I am glad to find George at Super Tool Automotive. I see they take pride in perfection and outperforming every other repair shop in the area. I wanted to locate a shop that uses Hunter equipment, I had to call Hunter technology and found only two in entire NJ has these equipment. Most people don't know what a road force balance is, they can find a cheap place, but most shops in my experience don't know how to perfectly balance a tire. All our tire and front end work now goes to Super tool on nearly monthly basis. Our corporate clients and executives enjoy a smooth ride all year long now. George, the owner, is a master engineer when it comes to diagnosis. I took my Toyota Sienna to George for diagnosis of an air conditioning problem. My usual mechanic, who I still like and work with, was unable to determine the cause of the warm air flowing into the cabin. It took George and his team about 3 hours to diagnose the broken sensor, and just a short time more to repair it. I had my car back in 24 hours, beautiful cold air pouring through the vents. The expense felt commiserate with the work performed and no more expensive than my experience at other repair shops. The customer service was superior to most.

I am currently having a tire pressure sensor problem and I'm taking the mini-van back to Super Tool to work out the issue. I have no doubt it will be repaired quickly and permanently.

Honest mechanics that properly diagnose the problem and give you a fair price for the service! The inside of the shop is clean and they provide excellent customer service. It's difficult to find a good, honest mechanic nowadays and I'm blessed to have them! You won't be disappointed!

Very late review but when I was trying to do everything to get my Chrysler back on the road he constantly reassured me that everything was alright. And it was I had a slight problem that wasn’t his fault when I finally hit the road that involved my alternator but other than that the car was in fine shape. I accidentally brought a smaller battery too and he was still able to put it in. Def would go again

the crew at Super Tool have diagnosed and repaired several items on my 1994 Volvo 850 that several previous mechanics were not able to. they are not always the fastest or the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. believe me, diagnostic expertise and quality of work is worth extra dollars. I will be bringing another Volvo to them because the other mechanic who has been servicing the car can not seem to get it right.

I have been taking my cars to SuperTool for years and I keep going back because I believe they do top quality work for a fair price. Their work is always good and thorough but above all, I value the integrity and honesty there. If something doesn't need work, they will tell you - not fleece you. I have found that it's very hard to find a repair shop that you can have 100% trust and confidence in but I do feel that with SuperTool. I will continue to use them for the indefinite future.

Great shop for 2 reasons, they do quality work, and they won't screw the automobile illiterate over. I know a fair amount about cars and would have fixed the issue myself but didn't have time. I gave the job to George and he was very detailed when going over what was wrong, I already knew the answer to this so I knew George was being hones., 2 other shops quoted me 330 for the job which I knew was over priced George quoted 140, a much more fair estimate. He also fit me in to his schedule last minute so I could make a 4 hour drive last minute.

Been going to George for 7 years - When you go to an auto shop you want somebody who will give you decent advice, do good service and Not rip you off at every possible opportunity. He was just that. He has never recommended any service or part that was not immediately needed - so any day I will recommend him to my friends. He lives 20 miles from my place but I still take all my 3 cars to him

Super Tool is great! I've been taking my car there for 4 years, going out of my way because they are the best. They are honest and will explain or show me what needs to be fixed so I know I'm being treated fairly. A+
