Great Boston Market location! Came here today for lunch. 2 customers in front of me, but the employees were very fast and i had zero wait time to get my order placed. They also completed making my order very quickly. The 2 ladies here spoke both spanish and english and were super friendly, kind and helpful! They took my customized order perfectly and with a smile.
And REAL PLASTIC BAGS!! FINALLY one NJ restaurant realizes that YES plastic bags are actually useful and important to transport food in a vehicle without spilling sauces, gravy and other condiments in a cheap yet strong and water proof container.

To my surprise I finally found a Boston Market open and doing Super business . Will be going back soon. Thank you

I ordered Thanksgiving dinner Tuesday and get to the store Thanksgiving day to find out it was a "Heat and Serve" order. Take the food cold and heat it up at home. I have never heard of this and I don't have an oven yet. The staff was great and understanding. They heated up my entire order and called me when it was ready....in under an hour. The food was hot, fresh, ans tasted great. Service was outstanding. Saved Thanksgiving day. Thank you so much.

WOW! That was quite possibly the best experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. All the employees were excited, dancing around as they served orders at record pace. Hungry people streaming in on a busy evening, and satisfied customers leaving with smiles on their faces. I had such a great experience I dropped a $20 in the tip jar! These workers loved their jobs and loved life itself, so much so it brightened up my whole week. I didn't just get food, I got an experience.

The staff at the Boston Market location in Maywood was extremely friendly and gave me great customer service. Its a surprise to get such great customer service from a fast food franchise restaurant. I was definitely pleased with my experience last evening.

Wow , Has Boston Market changed for the better!! They are fast, efficient and provide tasty foods. I have never experienced such great customer service. Now I know where to go and buy my Thanksgiving dinner!!!!!!!!

Nice place, clean tables, courteous and helpful staff, Boston Market quality products with that salmon teriyaki flavor in the air and mashed potatoes to follow. The location is well deserved for both owners and customers for it keeps a turnaround of constant people flooding in and out of the market as well as the added benefit of several other shops and restaurants in the surroundings for anyone to choose.

I have a few favorites, but I have to say I have no dislikes. Everything is served by helpful, friendly and kind people. The atmosphere is warm and clean. A well taken care of store. You can tell the manager knows what managing is about because he runs"'a tight ship," keeping everything moving in a timely manner. The food is delicious and served hot. The staff is always willing to help. I dine there weekly and have often seen the staff helping people who can't manage. I always recommend Boston Market, Essex St. Lodi, NJ to family, friends and strangers who are looking for a place that serves great food with kindness.

CLEANEST Boston Market ever! This place is spotless. The staff is so sweet. The lady at the counter was amazing. And their chicken is very juicy.

Seems like a busy Boston Market, food never sits long on hot table compared to other BM when you see dry crust over the food they also fill side containers right to the top sometimes the lid squeezes food out the cornbread is always moist and fresh sometimes the sides are not fully cooked but nothing to worry about it does not happen often like other BM I have been going here for over a year at least once a month sometimes 2.

Appears this location was under staffed unfortunately there were only 2 employees trying to fill orders ,cook and ring up orders. Be prepared too have patience on your visit.

The food is good the service is great. I just have to get there earlier so I can try the prime rib. Other than that all the food till I get there it's very good

Top stop for sit down quality chicken meals. Minimal parking available as is a food plaza. Busy over 80% of the time, with Hackensack Medical and Sports Fitness Center nearby. Rotisserie chicken is the Best among chickens, beats many Portuguese rotisserie houses. The meatloaf is not my favorite and the turkey is adequate. The healthy vegatable options are made to excellent standards. When you visit many BM restaurants and come back to Essex St BM , you know the differences. Seating is ample for the area located and not noisy. Staff are trained well and pleasant. The restaurant is clean and maintained well in the front area. Food is prepared and always available. Pricing is within reason and a bargain for what you order at times.Be sure to download or clip the various coupons. If dining Saturday be sure to use the BOGO free dinner entrees (up to $12.99). Been a food member for 5 years now.

Juicy chicken without a fail. Always. I enjoy the sweet potato and spinach. Make sure to ask for deals and keep the receipts when returning.
