Newport Pharmacy

One of my favorite local pharmacies. They care about the community and know their stuff. I go to them for my pharmacy needs, as well as to pick up band-aids in a flash. Thank you, Newport Pharmacy!

The people at Newport Pharmacy are incredibly nice, extremely helpful, and really care about their customers. Prescriptions are always on time and filled fast. Way better than chain pharmacies.

Local neighborhood pharmacy where you are treated like family! Multiple times the pharmacist and the staff have gone above and beyond to help. I moved out of that neighborhood many years ago I continue to stay with the pharmacy as they are the best! Thank you Newport Pharmacy for always being friendly, professional and exemplary!

Very easy to refill prescriptions. Very friendly and respectful staff. I talk with everyone like family and they do the same. All staff makes you feel comfortable, even with the craziest of questions. I love that they do take the initiative and refill medications in advance, maybe about a week early and they call to let you know that it is ready for you. Not a lot of pharmacies do that. Most you have to call in.

I have been going to this pharmacy for the past two years. The best thing that I love about this pharmacy is that by the time I get there my prescription is ready for pick up since my doctor sends my prescription electronically. I go in the door and a few minutes later i am out the door. Another thing I like is their free delivery service, its very convenient when I can't personally make it to the pharmacy since it is out of my way or I am too sick. Overall, the front staff is friendly (could be bit more) and their pharmacists are very knowledgeable, Aymara and Victor have helped me in some occasions with questions about any new medicine my doctor prescribed or over the counter stuff I needed when I couldn't see my doctor.

Fantastic Pharmacy! Never have I ever been to a workplace with such great service. Every staff member has a great attitude and the the pharmacy is always clean and well organized. The pharmacy also has monthly raffles that is free to sign up for and you always have a chance to win something cool! They also make medication for pets, no just humans! I just have to say this pharmacy has better service than any big named ones.

I cannot express how much I love the service and quality of this pharmacy! This is the first time I’ve ever felt like I found the perfect pharmacy. I was really touched by the handwritten note left with my prescription and it showed that they truly care about their customers.

I recently picked up a prescription that initially had a copay that was over $1000. The pharmacist spent over an hour talking to my insurance company and looking for coupons that lowered the price significantly. I've never been to a pharmacy that goes so far above and beyond to take care of its customers. Definitely better than any big chain store!

The staff here is so wonderful and always go above and beyond. They’re all so knowledgeable and helpful whenever I have any questions or concerns. Whenever they are out of something I need they order it for me and call when it’s ready for pick-up. Thank you Newport Pharmacy!!

Any pharmacy can take orders and fill prescriptions, but not every pharmacy gives the level of service and kindness that Newport has given me. Delivery or pickup, they make it easy for me and thus make my life a little less stressful and a little better in the process. Thank you for all the help over the years, Newport staff!!
