Am I lucky? 8 am appointment. Showed up 7:50 am and left at 8:30 am. 9 pallets loaded. No problems of any kind. Staff respectful and professional.

Nice people and location, only complain is that they have huge wait times and printing is costly. So suggest to print all you documents prior to coming in here.

Use South Gate for entrance. Need delivery order sent to their email. Use last window to have your paperwork printed for $5. Lady at “problem window “ was very helpful. Bit messy but guards will guide you through the process.

Very busy place, before you come here must have load papers with you for pickup, if you don’t have load papers with you they will charge $5 for each page, in 45 mins trailer was loaded

I was there last week. It was my first time there - and I was scared after reading all the negative reviews. I was unaware of the 3:30 p.m. cutoff time for pick ups - I arrived at 3:29p. Regardless, the gate agent was really nice and checked me in very quickly so I wouldn't waste a day (I had come from TN). The line at the counter to run all the paperwork was long but it was moving expeditiously. The lady who reviewed my paperwork and assigned me a bay was very courteous. It took probably about 15 minutes max. to be back in the parking lot. I moved then my 26ft rental truck to the dock I was assigned and it took no more than 5 minutes for my cargo to be brought up and loaded onto my truck. At first the kid didn't want to drive the forklift in, but after he saw my struggle to move a 600 lbs box by myself (and no pallet jack - warning: they have none there), he drove the forklift inside the truck for the remaining 6 boxes, of which the last one was 1,100 lbs. Overall, I had a good experience and I have nothing but positive things to say about their personnel. Hopefully my future trips there will be as smooth.

I am sure everybody’s experience is unique. Mine was great, I reached at 9:20 in the morning and was out by 9:45 on a Wednesday morning. I think the key is to reach early and keep your delivery order ready.

Fast and easy! Even though there was a long line, they were quick and gave me my dock number and loaded my shipment!

Very organized if you wanna maximize your work day definitely pick up cargo here.

Great warehouse, but people stole the pallet jacks from them. That's not cool☹.
Stand up workers there though to help out different situations.

Very good staff, fast and efficient, these guys know what they're doing and do it professionally, the only one who is unprofessional and lazy is the cashier at the register.

Good place to load make sure you have your paperwork for your load before you get there or you will have a problem then like confirmation bill of lading

Dock workers are fast and the costumer service is ok,the lady at the window is super nice

Good help from the office. Clean environment and great service from the warehouse staff.
