I was in serious/dire need of a plumber.
I googled for plumbers in New Jersey.
Mostly everyone was busy and quoted outrageous prices especially since it was on the weekend.
I reached out to Plumbing Doctor and they also was booked solid. However, the owner over heard his administrative assistant tell me that all plumbers were on various calls.
The owner offered to come to my home and assist even though he was in the middle of another project.
I explained to him what the situation was and he quoted me a price and the deal was made.
He arrived within 20 minutes and was polite, courteous and very very knowledgeable.
He listened to me and he did not dismiss me. He ensured me that he would have the plumbing problem resolved.
Long story short the owner did everything he said he was going to do. The plumbing problem was resolved and with a guarantee.
I am so impressed with this company and what they stand for. I'm a new customer and I have already referred this company to two other homeowners.

Michael was fantastic to work with! I needed repairs done to my shower. He was prompt in contacting me, professional in our meeting, and actually took the time to explain what was wrong with my shower and the different options we had to fix it. He wore shoe covers and gave me his card without me even having to ask. I will definitely be contacting Plumbing Doctor for my next plumbing job!

Mike came in on-time, with 30 mins heads-up during my appointment and within a minute found the source of our leak. It's was really impressive how he just looked at the area and guessed correctly about the source of the leak. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

Had Mike come down to check for a potential leak. He thoroughly examined everything, didn't find anything of concern, and explained an advanced leak search would be very costly and patiently answered all my questions. I decided to hold off on doing the full advanced leak search and asked him how much I owed, expecting and happily willing to pay like $100+ for a standard service call which took nearly 45 mins of his time. He told me I didn't owe a cent. Definitely earned me and my family's business in the future.

Mike was incredible!

I had a toilet issue that had other plumbers scratching their heads. Mike was an absolute breath of fresh air. He had not only seen an issue like mine before, but knew how to fix it (without completely tearing apart the bathroom and starting from scratch).

He stopped by for the quote within 24 hours of my initial call, and a service date was set for within a week.

He was punctual, professional and thorough, and I appreciate his ability to explain things in a way that even I could understand.

He'll be the first plumber I call from now on.

This is the third time I am calling Mike. First two times, he came in, clearly explained the problems and suggested me to not make those repairs/changes. This time, I called him for a leaky water shutoff valve. He not only explained clearly what he is going to do but also did a great job. It was very easy to schedule and they ended up getting the job done earlier than expected. Michael did an amazing job on a really difficult problem. He was determined to get my problem fixed the harder yet less expensive way, and he absolutely came through. Completely fixed the issue and went above and beyond.

Mike replaced our sump pump. Both him and his team were very responsive to my service request and were more than able to accommodate their schedule based on mine. Mike did a great job for the install as well as educating me about sump pump in general. I would highly recommended him.

Mike was great! He checked all of the boxes. Easy to schedule, was on time, explained everything clearly ahead of time, walked me through the options, and left a clean job site. Plumber before came out but couldn't clear the job. Mike tried multiple approaches and now everything is running smooth. Would 100% use again and will be recommending to friends and family.
