Noel O Ilogu MD

I've been seeing Doctor Ilogu for almost a year now. At first, he was intimidating, but over time our relationship has evolved and he's become one of my most favorite doctors. He engages conversation not just about me, but with regards to my home life, work and family. He's blunt when he has to be and will tell me when I'm doing something wrong, He's the best doctor I could have ever asked for!!! The receptionist, JoJo is absolutely amazing, She and I immediately connected. She's super helpful and one of the kindest human being's I've met. Clarissa is also very sweet and what I love is that they don't just see me a patient. They see and treat me like a person. The overall team has been absolutely amazing and I would recommend to anyone!!!

I got to know Dr Ilogu when I was having thyroid issues because he is an internal medical Specialist and I was referred by one of his other Dr friends. He treated my condition very well. There were even times when I didn't have insurance because I lost my job and he didn't charge me for an office visit. He's also been an awesome father figure when I was lacking a father figure. I finally moved away from Middlesex county which is the reason I have a different primary care doctor now. All I can say is that Dr ilogu is very knowledgable and experienced and has empathy and understanding with his patients. I guess being igbo Nigerian makes it all better.

Great Dr and all around very nice staff. I will agree with the comment below as far as “ intimidating”. However as a newer patient, I can understand why. Dr Llogo is very thorough and knowledgeable. He treats you as an individual before deciding which TX will work for you.

With Covid-19 at our door for much of the year, the office is also taking necessary precautions to ensure your safety is priority. I would highly suggest him to anyone seeking help and look forward to a healthier future.

I am extremely happy with Dr. Noel ilogu and his staff they have been nothing but helpful and kind. Dr.Noel ilogu takes time to listen and always has the time and cares for his patients. I would highly recommend him. I know when I go in I will be satisfied with my results because he goes beyond his duty as a doctor to get to the root of the problem and to solve its, I feel very blessed to have found him. I ran into a situation with my insurance not covering a certain medication that I was on. They required that the doctor's office call them and follow a certain exception process in order for them to cover it. The office staff seemed unfamiliar with such processes and were very reluctant to call at first. I had to plead with them for them to reach out. I even reached out to my insurance and the doctor's office and connected the calls to make things easier, but they failed to followup on the process. I had to go through the manufacturer to afford my medication although my insurance does cover it through the exception process done by doctors. This was a very bad experience.

I disliked this doctor to the point that I choose to go through heroin withdrawal instead of going there ever 2 weeks which is unheard of and the first Suboxone clinic that ever had a policy like that. Usually you go for an office visit once a month at every other place I've been to. Plus he would complain that I smoked bc it bothered his sinuses. So I smoked twice as much hopeing he only make me come once a month but after speaking to the receptionist she said there are no patients that only go once a month. Considering I don't drive and live 30 minutes away it became more of a problem then doing drugs.

I just spoke to the secretary who rushed to pick up another line and left me waiting for quite sometime. Customer service is the first tell sign of the doctor's practice.

Over 1 hour late for an appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance.
